This company has a slick ad on the internet that looks very legit. I'm a Senior Citizen on a very low fixed income and was told the total cost would be $2.41, charged off my debit card, so I trusted these crooks. I did receive the face cream in a nice package. Without reading all the pages of very small print which was not explained to me, within 10 days this company debited my bank account almost $70.00, putting me in the red, which means I am completely broke, penniless until Jan. 3, when I get my SS check.
I tried to talk by phone to a rep of the company who was very curt, rude and could care less. She told me in no uncertain terms I have to pay them and will NOT get a refund no matter what. My bank can't do anything since the charge is "pending" but once it is taken out, my bank is going to pursue getting my money back for me as a fraud claim. The BOA was very nice about this ordeal and so helpful. I am trying to sell things on craigslist to get by until Jan. 3 because of Christmas.
I told the Age Invisible rep that they are crooks and should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people, especially us older poor people! The had a stone cold heart.
