Like the other complaint here I got the run around, lied to and my watch held for ranson.
I bougth a watch that lasted all of 9 days, I took it back tot eh store and they had to mail it to the Watch Service Center in Utah who would then send it to the manufacturer under warrenty. It would only take a few weeks and there was no cost, they even put on my recipt 0's for all costs including shipping. 2 weeks later I get a card saying the watch was sent to the manufacturer and would be back in 2 to 4 weeks, two months later still no watch and nothing but excuses that they sent it out and they had no control over it. Finally after over two months I get a call saying my watch is back at hte Watch Service Center and if I want it sent back to the store so I could pick it up I had to pay 13.95 for shipping and handeling. Ulyses was a real jerk about it all, when I said I was told it was not cost he said take it up with hte store I bought it from (Precision Time) but they were not sending my watch until I paid them. I asked did he think any of that made sense, buy a watch, in 9 days it breaks, you can't return it, you send it for warranty and are told there is no cost and then if I want it back I have to pay. He said he would have known the rules when he bought it and again said if I want my watch I had to pay. I asked could I speak to a manager and he said he was th emanager. I paid so I could finally get my watch back and when it arrived back where I bought it asked about the charge and the lady there said that is completly wrong there should not have been a charge and would call the district manager but he did not answer so she left a message and is waiting for a call to see if the store or the watch service center will refund my shipping fee. This is all extorsion of sorts, we have your watch pay up!!! It took so long that I had to buy another watch, over two months for a 9 day old watch is crazy and if you ever wear it you can not exchange it. Last time they will ever see me to buy anything but every time I pass the kiosk in the mall I will tell who ever is standing there my story!!
