I went here for shifting problems, and they diagnosed it as a slave cylinder and charged me over $400. It didn't fix the problem, so they wanted to charge me to do other things, and charge me, in a "process of elimination". I went to the dealer and they knew what it was right away, a worn clutch, but the dealer's technicians confirmed it, replaced the clutch and did it right the first time.
The Bureau of Automotive Repair asked Precision Tune Poway to reimburse the labor, and they didn't. I sued them in court and Precision Tune Poway still never paid me. Stay away, you will have no recourse to their negligence.
