Unauthorized Call

I just called Predecto, only after calling Verizon, they wouldn't or couldn't do anything but take the complaint and give me the instructions on what to do, ( which did not work).. BUT the phone number they gave for Custmer Service did so I called and talked to a very nice representative and they assured me they would take the charges and credit them to my next billing cycle. I'm sure VERIZON could ahve did his for me.
Seems Predecto is sincere in their company policies . we'll see when June's bill arrives.
I hope this helps everyone that has a problem... Ph # 800-360-0518 to get the charges removed or credited . Thank you

Unwanted calls

I have two cell phones and one has been receiving calls from this Predecto Co with stuff I did NOT authorize, I tried to get the charges taken off through Verizon that did not work, NOW it's Predecto's turn ..
I don't know how they latched on to my cell phone number, as We have not signed up for anything . This is not a fair practice and I hope they take the charges off my bill. We pay too much in this country as it is with these crooks, , , I switched to save money, not pay more and certaininly not to pay for something I did NOT order .
Anyone else out there with this dilema?
