Unauthorized Charge
My wife was sent a text message from this company on her cell phone. Then was charged 9.99 to my Verizon account without my authorization. I talked with the company and they said that I was on a Survey Site and clicked on their site showing interest.
Didn't happen!!!
Who or where can my complaint be heard?

Unauthorized charges
I am not sure it this is even Predicto Mobile. This company has been charging me $9.99 per month on my Verizon bill. Verizon can not explain the charge and will not deal with Predicto Mobile because YOU are a vendor. You are not MY vendor and I want my money back. Please let me know what you are going to do. I am researching and am preparing a law suit for this measly amount, as it is wrong to cheat people for ANY amount. I expect to have an answer immediately, yes or no.

placing things ob bills
The person the phone belongs to is 68 he does not even know what Predicto Mobile is neither to I so I would really appreciate that you would take this off my phone and pay me for the time it has been on my phone. I would not even knew it was on there until a Rep. from T-Mobile point it out to me.

Unauthorized Charges
One day I started getting strange message from this company that I did not authorize or request. I replied to "Remove me from the List" and now I find out that they are charging my Sprint account for $9.99 a month. After 30 minutes of my time talking to Sprint to find out what this is, then calling Predicto Mobile, they will not credit my account for something I did not order. Preditory lending is illegal and so should this be.

unauthorized charges after cancellation
I cancelled on the 30th of October. (I never replied yes to a text message as call center said)
Because I called after the additional month's billing date-- aOctober 22nd. I was billed again and called again and was told the company would contact me because they could "not issue a refund because it is so expensive to do."
I have no idea how I ended up signed up for this scam but I want out and I want a refund of past charges for 2 months.

unauthorized charges
I noticed last month that I started to be charged from a company called predicto mobile. I have now had 2 charges of 9.99. I never authorized this, signed up for this...why hasn't this company been shut down?
