illegal charges
This PREDICTO company is a SCAM, FRAUD, and crook! They can't read - they do not understand a simple NO! They also laugh at THREATS! Simply put - I did not order this "service" - there is no "signed contract" and further I REFUSE TO PAY THESE HOODLUMS. Folks - you need to pay attention to your bills - I CAN NOT SAY THIS ENOUGH. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF CROOKS OUT THERE WHO ARE MAKING MILLIONS OFF OF SUCKERS BECAUSE THEY DON'T WATCH WHAT THEY ARE BEING CHARGED FOR.
This company has the right to CHALLENAGE the above statement - or write me personally. But, liars and still liars no matter what color their spots are.

Unauthorized charges
I received a text on my cell phone from Predicto. I ignored these kinds of advertisements and do not reply, I simply read the text and when I realize it's an advertisement I just close my phone.
The next thing I know is I'm being charged $9.99 a month for a service I didn't authorize. Verizon was aware of the charge, refused to remove it off my bill and gave me a phone number (654-654) and told me to text the word "Stop."
Predicto has been paid for a service I never authorized and Verizon should not have agreed to bill me for the charge from Predicto.

Charges to cell bill
Added 9.99 to my cell bill and kept sending me text messages of which I did not order. Called and cancelled ..but would not give a refund of charges. They supposedly blocked my number...we will see.

Unauthorized Billing
Talk about a SCAM! Our cell phone bill (Verizon) was $10 over what it should have been and guess what showed up on it?!? PREDICTO! I was wondering why all the sudden I was getting flooded with irritating texts asking me to predict this and that - I began deleting them w/out even reading them.
I NEVER signed up for this service. Whereas I was able to cancell the service (we will see if I get billed next month) it took me 15 minutes and threatening a supervisor to get a PROMISE of a check for $9.99 in the mail.
We who have been ripped off need to get together and get our cell providers to STOP posting debits for these companies AND form a class action suit!

CHARGING ON MY CELL PHONE BILL WHEN I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THEM.
THIS COMPANY IS CHARGING ME $9.99 DOLLARS A MONTH ON MY CELL BILL AND I NEVER AUTHORIZED THEM TO DO THIS. I JUST LOOKED AT MY BILL LAST NIGHT AND REALIZED THIS. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN PAYING THE CELL BILL WITHOUT LOOKING THE BILL OVER SO I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS. i WANT THIS STOPPED AND I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED.

SCAM!!!!
My husband recieved an unsolicited text from these bozo's, promising him a chance to with $25 if he predicted the winner of the grammys. That was the ENTIRE content of the text message.
When I received the cell phone bill this month, there was a $9.99 charge. I called the company and they claimed that he had to have gone through an 'extensive' verification process in order to have this charge appear, so there was no way they could refund the charge.
I wasn't taking no for an answer...I demanded they show me proof of the 'extensive verification process' so that I could verify that someone did in fact authorize this charge. She tried to say that she could send me the 'terms and agreements' of the service, but I argued that just because they have terms to their service doesn't 'prove' that anyone from this number actually authorized the charges or agreed to the terms! I threatened to report this sham of a company to the FCC if she couldn't product this 'proof'.
She then said that we had replied to the text message (received from 654654) and that was how we subscribed. When I pointed out that 1) simply texting back is not an 'extensive' authorization process and 2) there was nothing in the text message that indicated a charge would be incurred, she quickly put me on hold.
Wow...it was a miracle...somehow she was able to contact her supervisor, explain the situation and get authorization to 'go against their policy in order to make sure I was a satisfied customer' and provide me with a refund, all within 30 seconds after putting me on hold! So, now, I'm waiting patiently for the check that is 'in the mail'. We'll see if it shows up.
BTW: I totally reported them to the FCC anyway. Moral of the story: If you do get scammed by these crooks DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!!! Don't listen to their line about their 'policies' or 'terms and conditions'...make them operate under YOUR terms and conditions and hopefully you can be refunded. REPORT THEM TO THE FCC so that things like this will become illegal!!

Predicto has been charging me between 9.99 and 29.99 a months for over a year for something I did not authorize. I have been very ill, and did not notice these charges until last week. What can I do to get my money back?
