I was talking to my cell phone provider on 9/14/10 and she advised me that predictor mobile was charging my phone 9.99 a month for a service that I had never heard of nor agreed to. She gave me their phone number and advised me to call them back to refund the 12 charges that were charged to my account ( $120) . I talked to Jess Ref # 08184 on 9/14/10 and she offered to refund me 3 payments back and I wasn't happy with that so I asked to speak with someone over her which she said would be corporate and gave me Conformation # P57390458 confirming that I would receive a phone call back within 24 hours. As of 9/19/10 I still hadn't received a phone call from corporate so I called back to predicto mobile 9/19/10 and taled to Kat Ref#14292 and she again said she make a note that I had called but didn't have a reference # to give me. I asked both Jess and Kat for the number to the corporate office and they both told me that they couldn't give that information so I asked what it would show up on my caller I.D. as, neither one of them knew. I'm very scared that my personal information is being used by idenity theft.
