This is an unethical and incompetent cleaner. I had a wool suit coat destroyed by this business and the owner ("Karen") rudely denied any liability. When I told her I disovered the damage after removing the jacket from my closet and no longer had the receipt she refused to accept responsibility saying, "I have a copy of the receipt in my records but you need to bring it or you get nothing."

Stay away from this unethical place. The "we clean cheaply mantra" really should be "we clean cheaply, and some of the time we ruin your clothes and fail to accept responsibility for it."
