Over-priced
I was walking through the Parkland Mall and was enticed into trying the Salt-scrub for my hands, I did like the salt-scrub, but thought that $50 per jar was too expensive. However, the sales girl "EVA" talked me into it. She then convinced me to buy the Premier Eye Serum. Now, I did like both products and bought both, I spent $100 on (2) jars of the salt-scrub and I spent $90 for the Premier Eye Serum. Total $199.50 (including tax). Now, six months later, I decided to buy another bottle of Eye serum, I went online and found a web-site called "Magic Spa . Net" where my original $90 bottle of Premier Eye Serum sells for $58.95 CAD a $33 dollar difference. I ordered the bottle and paid using Pay Pal, for security. Note; Canadian and US dollars are currently on par, so prices in US and Canada should be the same. The secret ingredients in the salt-scrub is nothing more than regular sea salt and baby oil. Read the ingredients on the bottle. I discovered that I can make my own salt-scrub using the following; I buy (2 cups) of Himalayan Natural Crystal Salt from my local Health Food Store and I add 1/4 cup of Baby Oil, mix it up and store in an air tight container. It works exactly the same as the Premier Salt-scrub, at a fraction of the cost.

Non-Refundable
I am a military spouse as well as a teacher in Killeen. My husband has been either deployed or stationed at another post for about seven years. He just returned this past Saturday. We are already separated due to his actions and the actions of the clerks at one of your stores. I realize these places are privately owned. However, you need to know that their practices reflect on you. My husband went to the kiosk for Dead Sea Products in the Killeen mall and spent over 2 hours and 1500$. He had 3 receipts like he tried to check out and the girls enticed him to come back and buy more and then more. He bought 270.63, 269.54 and 866.00. My husband is not doing well mentally and his reunion with his family has been a difficult one. I explained to the merchant in the Killeen Mall that he was not with all his faculties and this fiasco devastated our family. We have less than 100$ left in our account, he spent the whole paycheck. I explained that to the vender as well. I told her that he wasn't right since he has returned. I also told her that he admitted being mesmerized by these ladies. I feel this is a gross injustice done to a family that has clearly given enough already. I feel that the military families here at Fort Hood need to be made aware of the unethical manner in which this vendor does business. I need to know if there is anyone who can help my family.

Coercive marketing
Please stay away from these people. They do a terribly good sales job for what essentially is a poorly decorated jar of mud. It is clear to me that people who end up being lured to buying these products cannot really afford them. I spent $200.00 and felt very badly about it afterwards.
I don't care about the products - a cream is a cream. But I do wonder about these people - they must know that they breed misery by luring the susceptible to overspend. I think they don't care. I consider them sly and manipulative.

Buyer Beware
I was approached by a saleswoman from a Premier kiosk at a mall in Albany, NY. Michell, the saleswoman, was likeable and funny... and also a liar but I only learned that later. She started off by demonstating the nail kit and then, once I bought that and realized she had a 'live one', several other items. The salespeople are pros, they know how to rope you in, they are trained to say the right thing at the right time. This I also found out later. I'm embarrassed to say how much I spent. Once I was able to research the company and it's products I realized that I got taken on the prices. In some cases the prices on the official website were HALF of what I bought the product for at the kiosk! Humiliating. Looking back I realize I should have asked for product information, a price list, or even reviews but I did none of that. I was caught up in the moment of a well executed con. I'm mad at the salewoman, mad at myself, and mad at the company for permitting, perhaps encouraging, such tactics. The kicker is this, I really like the products. My skin looks wonderful. I'm one of the lucky ones who gets acne AND wrinkles. Woo-hoo. After using the products the acne is gone and my fine lines are minimized, especially around the eye area. What to do? Do I continue to buy products from a company that I question the business practices of? Well, I'm not sure what I'll do but my advice is this: BUYER BEWARE!
