Sales Kiosk in mall
Hi:
I have read several complaints about the kiosks in malls that sell these products. I went through this scam in Vegas while going through the PH Mall and got ripped to the tune of $625.00. What a fool I was. They sure are good at talking fast and getting you out. I hardly knew what I had when I left. At any rate, the products are good, and I do find that they work. I wanted to let others know that I found them and the same things plus more that I was scammed for in Vegas on amazon.com. I got the whole bag of same products for under $100.00! I just wanted to help someone who might have liked the products like me, but were scammed at a mall kiosk. Now I find that the products are fine and also actually reasonable at the right place. Hope this helps someone that might have been as stupid as I was, but liked the products.

Pyramid Scheme
At Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco. This lady with an accent lured me to the kiosk. She used something that is like cleanser on my skin and start giving me those statements on how I should take care of my skin better. I decided to try it out since she said she'll give me a discount for it at the cost of $40, then I gave her my debit card and before she rung up the product, she told me to stay and ask me to check out another one of their products. Then, after that, she tested a third product on me and told me she's going to include it as a gift. In conclusion, the final price was way beyond that cleanser thing that I originally plan to pay with my card, at nearly $270! I told them, I'll skip the second and third product and I'll just stick with the cleanser. However, they WILL NOT let me go and still use their tactics to convince me to spend $270. Then, what I believe is the store the manager came out and said "I'll pay for the $40 one for you so you'll only have to pay $230". He even showed me the $40 in cash out of his wallet. Then to avoid getting into the argument with them, I responded "I'll stick with the cleanser and if I like it, I'll come back" but they still didn't let me go. They then dropped the price from $270 to a ridiculously as low as $115 and I still avoided it. After wards to avoid any further confrontations, I ended up buying the second product they've tested on me for $70, which is a moisturizing cream with a bar of soap. When I actually used the product, it's nothing different from Ponds which I could get it for $8 at Walgreens vs. this garbage at $70, or as they claimed it, originally $200. This company is truly a pyramid scheme and how should I report to the mall on them?

hurst skin, no returns or guarantee
I was badgered into buying the special eye cream and serum set from these people. That night my eyes swelled, got red and itchy from the products they put on me. I tried it again and the same thing happened. When I read my slip, it was all sales final. Shame on me for buying this garbage. $140 later in the trash. Really, don't fall for it. I asked for samples to try at home first, but they wouldn't give me any. Now I know why! If you have to, be rude and keep on walking!

Stay away from kiosks and phony salesmen
I have read a number of the complaints against the mall kiosk sales tactics used by those selling Premier Dead Sea products. I see that people were scammed out of $100 here and $200 there. Here's story about being bamboozled into buying $1300 worth of the products.
I was visiting San Francisco, and enjoying a trip through the Westerfield Mall when my path was blocked by a young man who wanted me to try some lotion for my hands. Of course, I played right into his hands. The lotion I tried was from another dead sea product distributor (Swisa) and I loved it...still do. I bought 2 jars for $54.50 each + tax. The fast talking salesmen then worked me into a spa chair and said he wanted to treat me to a quick facial experience that would amaze me. And, to tell you the truth, I was.
This guy was way too sweet and fast talking. A number of times I asked what everything would cost me, but my answer was always "don't think of this as a cost because it's an investment." Blah, blah, blah.
I really did like the products, and have been using them regularly with decent results. But, the scam was in how I was tag-teamed by two young men and offered all kind of gifts and freebies it I would make a purchase. By the time all was added up, my bill was over $1300, an astronomical amount that I would never consider paying for skin care products, which up to that time I only bought from Walgreen's.
The men went on and on with their sales speech. How they use the stuff, how their mother's use the stuff, how one's sister has severe psorriasis only to have it disappear after using the stuff, etc. I'm a smart person, at least I like to think I am. I wasn't falling for their gimics. But, I really did like the products and liked to small improvements I saw in just that 30 minutes in that spa chair. I bought these premium products thinking I was doing something great for myself after spending a bunch of money on souvenirs for family and friends. I thought that this was my San Francisco souvenir to myself.
I left the mall with my precious and expense cargo and headed back to my hotel. As I was entering the elevator, a jar of serum fell out of the back and the lid cracked. I thought I would write to the Premier Products company and see if I could get a replacement lid, since the serum was supposed to last over a year with once a week applications. I went to the Premier Products web site and saw that I had been charge double, and in some cases triple, the price that was offered on the web (with no tax AND free shipping). I calculated that, had I purchased all my products from the web site, I would have saved about $800! Yep, $800!!!
Don't fall for the kiosk hard sell. Buy directly from the Premier Products web site. They do seem to be very good products. I'm pleased with their overall performance, love the scents, and appreciate the packaging (it looks nice sitting out on your bathroom counter).
I wrote to Premier Products to tell them about how their distributors were setting their own prices, but never heard back.

Eye Cream
I was in Miami recently and was at Sawgrass Mill and were approached by these sales people who seemed to by very pushy with selling their products.
I purchased the eye cream and serum and I am very pleased to say that I am very happy with them!
I can really say that they never mentioned that I needed extra stuff, only around my eyes. I used to use MAC eye products and I find that with the eye product from Dead Sea does wanders for my eyes.
They did try to get me purchase more then one, but I declined because I wanted to see the results.
I guess, after I finish using my products after a year, they may be out of service after all the complaints.

Scam
I was approached by a sales rep at a stand at the mall the saleswoman name Ronny from Israel, was likeable and funny... and also a liar but I only learned that later. asking if I had a few minutes for a demonstration. She told me all about all their "wonderful products" and how great they were for your skin, this Christmas season, stay away from the Dead Sea Cosmetics stand at your mall!! she had me put my hands out and then she proceeded to put some salt on my hands and rub it, and latter applied a type of lotion to them. Being stupid and unassuming I went ahead and bought 167 dollars worth of eye serum, salt, and pearl white cream.
The company and all theirs reps scam their customers and won't stand behind the products. I will do everything I can to stop them from ripping off other people. I have learned a hard lesson.
I got ripped off it really does not work wont do it again .I also looked at the prices on the internet and they are half price of what I paid. It bothered me that there was no literature for the products. Also, the receipt does not show prices for an itemize item but the total. The receipt also had in tiny tiny print "No Returns" but I didn't even get my receipt until after I had purchased
Not even one start for this company, zero start,
BUYERS I BEG YOU PLEASE TO BE AWARE OF THESE ISRAELIS!!!

Can't Return the Products/Scam
I was approached by a sales rep at a stand at the mall asking if I had a few minutes for a demonstration. They told me all about all their "wonderful products" and how great they were for your skin. I bought several items and spent about $140 at the stand and when I got home, they didn't really deliver the results promised, especially for the price. When I returned to the stand to return my products, they would not take them back. They pulled out a tiny "All Sales Final" sign from behind a huge mound of products and told me I should have read the sign. The receipt also had in tiny tiny print "No Returns" but I didn't even get my receipt until after I had purchased. I explained that I did not see this as fair and they did not care, they even tried to sell me $180 worth of "better" product than what I bought! Can you believe the nerve?!?! Anyway, this Christmas season, stay away from the Dead Sea Cosmetics stand at your mall!!
