My husband had gotten approved for financing for 2008 Dode Magnum at Premier Dodge in Decatur GA
they offered him to redo interior (put in leather)
he was given free coupons for oil changes a lot of bells and whistles which made for a good deal
Then he was asked if he had a trade in because they would pay his trade in off
so he signed over his trade and was give a receipt for that then he was offered additional insurances that he was told he was needed they intell attached that amount to the price of the car which was a couple of thousands of dollars which to me is outrageous need less to say after he bought the vechile home i read over all the paperwork and was furious because the vechile was over priced but he wanted it so i didnt bother getting into the details
that was until he went to Dodge Premier to get the interior replacement and the building was empty this is just 2 wks later
so he came home told me i started dialing numbers from the paperwork all numbers disconected
then that following week he went to have insurance put on the car and could not because VIN number was not registered with state of Georgia
needless to say that we went on line and found that they are in Bankruptcy and had been for months and still have the guts to sell my husband a car knowing that he couldnt get finances from the banks they deal with it because of the bankruptcy so know we are stuck with a overpriced unregisterd unfinanced car
to make a long story short we keep then we starting getting calls from A sales Rep at premier a Mike Swagler he started calling from his metro pcs phone (very unprofessional )advise he needs to call us from the business line he didnt callback till 2wks later stating that he was at Premier Dodge and he wanted the car back my husband adv him no way he because they still have his trade and never paid the other company. Mike started making threats about picking the vechile up if not dropped. I adv him my spouse to tell we would return the vechile if we can get the old vechile back and plus the amount that was outstanding on it because didnt pay anything. Mike insited that he would do it not trusting that my spouse asked him to put in in writing he said that he will only do if we bring him the car
After back and forth with him he a detective call I called the number back again very unprofessional voicemail
then 2 days later they sent a wrecker to repo the vechile
I wrote this to say that THIS COMPANY IS RIPOFF AND ANY PARENT COMPANY THAT ALLOWS THIS COMPANY TO CONTINUE TO USE THEIR NAME IS CRAZY
AND ALL THE LITTLE SCAM ARTIST THAT WORKS THERE NEED TO GET A BETTER JOB I UNDERSTAND THAT JOBS ARE SCARCE NOW BUT IT CAN NOT BE THAT SERIOUS TO SCAM PEOPLE AND DESTORY THEIR CREDIT
