I Have been charged R1599.86 over the past 2 years from Premier Growth without receiving one piece of information from them.

IT took me a while to find their contact information as they are not trading under Premier Growth, and their website is 'under constructions' for the past while When I called them to complain as my emails weren't' getting answer, I was informed their email address had changed, when i asked how i should have known, all i got was apologies.

When I informed them that since 2009 I received absolutely no information from them, no magazine, paper, email, I was told that I was sent 1 sms and 1 email ( which i do not have) and that the South African postal service is unreliable so they could have lost my magazine... for 2 years??
I asked them to refund me all my money as I have never received any information from them.
I was told that we were in contract and they 'tried their best' to get all the info to me, which i find utterly un-exceptable.
