Scam
Premier savings promised a low intrest rate card to consolidate my debt, all they provided was a $500 scam and no program. I did receive a call with a progam that was totally diferent than the one that was initally described. When I told them that I wanted the same program that was promised to me, I was told that they would have to go back and try again. I have waited for 3 weeks with no return calls. They stated that there was a 20% restocking fee, so even if they cannot find a program, that is assuming that one exist, you are still scamed out of money.

scam, fraud
on nov. 12, 2010 a mr daniel walker called me from the 1914 #, he said he could help me get my bills paid in a shorter length of time, he guaranteed me a total interest rate savings of $4, 987.00 with a 9% or less interest rate. total pay time of 5 yrs. or less and i could get another credit card through their bank, that they recommend with a 6.9% -11% interest rate after reviewing my application. they charged me $599.00 review fee stating that if after completion of the review they were unable to provide me with a program or solution when followed would save me at LEAST $1, 800.00 or if i was not approved for a new credit card through their low interest rate bank referral they would refund the review fee (less 20% processing charge) of course barkley bank delaware denied me and premier savings estimated me a savings of $1, 484.82, that included all of my credit cards and department store cards, i said they were leaving me with nonthing and i was dissatisfied, i did't want the program, refund me my review fee (less the 20% processing charge)they told me to mail or fax them the letter from barkley bank and call back in 24 hours and someone would refund my money back to my credit card, the next morning i got a call from ms. lynn kenedy telling me i wasn't entitled to a refund, because they were supplying me with a solution and i would't accept it, she did another worksheet which offered me a even less of a savings $1, 247.36, my answer was the same i wanted nonthing to do with their program, her answer was YOU MIGHT AS WELL ACCEPT THE PLAN OR JUST BE OUT OF $599.00. i am disputing this with my credit card, they are investigating and im also getting in touch with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, i had a feeling something was strange when they took the $599.00 of my card before i could get off the phone but i waited 5 days for their packet to come, it never came, i called, nobody knew what happened to the packet, it was then that ms. lynn kennedy faxed me the information(the packet hasn't showed up yet), now no-one is answering my calls

Scam
I received a cold sales call from premier savings rep (Charles r) about c/c debt consolidation. There were several warning flags, #1. phone call came up on caller id private caller. #2. they dont deal with the general public. #3. 487$ fee to transfer debt. #4. very high pressure sales technique #5. upset when i asked questions regarding his legitimacy, or company's legitimacy. #5. to good to be true. #6. left me with a very uneasy feeling so i did not proceed and hung up. after looking up on the web this is a scam to get your money!

I paid $439.00 and decided about a week later I didn't want their services
Around, July 7, 2009, I received a phone call from Premier Savings asking if I wanted to reduce my credit card monthly payments. Of course I said yes. They explained it all to me and I agreed. Then I spoke to a bank and they told me to try and get my money back, because they shouldn't be charging $439.00 to try and reduce what I owe. If anything this makes us owe more. So I did call Premier Savings back and asked them to refund the $439.00. They went on that I agreed to these charges - but then I said I have changed my mind and would like for you to reimburse the money. I asked them to reimburse the money in about a 2 week period, well under 30 days. I, haven't worked since February 2009, being laid off from my work and my husband is on disability through Medicare - so $439.00 is a LOT of money to us. Bottom line they need to reimburse the $439.00 they applied to our credit card.

Awful company
On June 21, 2004, I was contacted by phone at home by a man named Mike Nuncio of Premier Savings he stated 'I guarantee you will get a credit card if you give us $279.00' .
Just like in the other cases a second man (Carlos) called to comfirm I wanted the cards, I stated 'no' he became irate and the call ended with him stating that they were taking the money out of my account.
I was lucky enough to find the complaintsboard.com on the internet. With the information from it and the help of a friend we were able to stop any money from being removed from my account.
My advice is if anyone calls and wants information about you, your Bank Accounts or Social Security number. Stop the ball while its in your court. Hang up the phone, always keep in mind the more honest a company is the less likely it is that they would be calling you in the first place.
However, if you do make the mistake I did, Contact your bank as soon as possible and have your credit / Bank card report hot so that in the future they can't take money out in the future.

scam
My husband recieved a call from a person claiming to be able to get us a 9% or lower credit cards that we could consolidate all of our existing debt to. They ended up charging us $439 for the service which ends up to be nothing more than giving you phone numbers to call and apply for other credit cards. Total scam. We are trying to fight for our money back now.

Scam company
My mother became a victim of this scam. A company rep called her, even with her phone number registered on the Do Not Call list, not once, not twice, but five times. Yes we have a record of them all. The person I spoke with is well trained, and can keep her voice sweet as honey as she calls you names and belittles you. To make a long, upsetting story short, I will be referring this matter not only to my mothers attorney, but to our Police Department's Elderly Fraud Unit. There is a great Detective in the department who handled a case involving my mother a few years ago. And oh yes, the perpetrators, slick as they thought they were, are in jail.
I recommend that all of you do the same. Don't forget to file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry, if you are also registered.
