I ordered the free trial that was advertised on MSN by some "mom" who it worked for . She said to order the free trial of premier white and sparkle white together and that they worked really well. Well I found out the trial is not actually free. In small print it says if you don't cancel your free trial and send the free trial product back in 10 you will be charged $99. So I was shocked when 2 days after I received my trial I had a $99 charge to my credit card. When I called to cancel she said there is no refund and the product they had sent me as the free trial was what they were charging my for. So buyer beware. This is a SCAM. When I asked to speak to a manager she said "the call ends here". I have cancelled my card but have kissed my $99 dollars goodbye.
