Well I let's start off by stating I am a victim of this organization and their marketing tactics. I was relentlessly pursued back in July with numerous phone calls to me regarding a "guaranteed" buyer for my timeshare that I own. After speaking to this company several times over the phone and listening to their "special" way of speaking to you I went ahead with working with the company. As they say buyer beware...and now I am dealing with the consequences of trying to get my monies back from this organization. As a victim this truly is not what I wanted, but I have tried unsuccessfully to reach this organization by their phone numbers on this site and numbers I have been able to uncover.
I reaching my credit card company they told me that after 60 days it's too late...Like H$#@ it is!! If I need to start a blog on why this credit card company must die, then so be it! It happened to another large company when an unsatifactory decision was given in customer service and as soon as this hit the line, the solution was a miracle. I may have to resort to this...!
I have contacted the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services to file a complaint, I contacted WPTV Shannon Cake. Her email is
[email protected] as she is working the story to bring this company and it's leader Jose down. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB in FL as I reside in Michigan, and I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission on this as well for business practices.
I want to say that this is truly a nightmare in trying to recover these monies over $2, 800 dollars given especially in our economic state. I am still trying to figure out a criminal investigation in the local area as I may even file a police report on this organization, but I am not certain...I will keep all of you posted on the avenue of this to have the local PD on them in regards to the AG investigating this company and their practices...
