fraud
You notice they can't even keep their name straigh which oughta tell you something.
Anyways, long story short, I ordered a trial size tooth whitening product with the understanding that all I'd have to pay is the $1.95 for shipping and handling.
The confirmaton email said nothing about the $99.77 charge that showed up on my checking account later on.
I tried to dispute it but the troglodyte that I spoke to on the phone said they don't escalate those calls or give refunds.
On top of that they haven't even sent me the %&*%!! product and I've called several times since the 13th. of last month. And I swear the operators at their call center are a bunch of rude, malcontented, inarticulate half educated dolts that showed up their for the first day of work thinking they were going there to get food stamps. They say they shipped the product but hey I can tell you I piloted the Space Shuttle yesterday. Doesn't mean it happened.
Sure you can blame me for not reading the fine print but do a Google search on 20minutesmiles.com or Premiere Whitening and I guarantee you'll see they've not only ripped off people here in America but Australia and Great Britain as well.
In this economy, rip off artists like that need to go die in a fire.

Fraud/Deception/Lies
I saw an advertisement on MSN with regards to getting free teeth whitening samples. After reading the comments I decided to apply for the free samples and with the shipping costs these came to £13.00 I would have to pay. Then when I checked my bank statements I noticed they had taken out 4 transacions from 3 different company names "Immaculate White.Co £4.95 and £148.27, Access cleans £30.24(Cyprus), Health Smile £7.97(Cyprus). I contacted my bank straight away and they said they are being swamped with calls regarding these companies and transactions and that they will keep deducting amounts from your account and even cancelling your card may not prevent them from doing so. They have now put a cancellation and requesting a refund from these companies but advised me to try and contact them direct. I tried calling the number which are not recognised and so I am at a bit of a loss.
I have since received my free trials and have not even bothered to use them and there is no way the products are worth £200.00. I just hope no other monies are taken out of my account! These companies should not be allowed to get away with this lies, deception, fraud and theft!!!

Fraud
I placed an order for the free trial. I never received the product. The merchant charged my credit card $1.99 for shipping the free trial product ordered and an additional $99 for my 1st month's subscription. Their policy indicates that you have 10 days from placing the order to call and cancel the subscription which you are automatically enrolled in once you accept the free trial.
Although, I never received the product, Premiere Whitening refuses to issue a credit and cancel the subscription claiming that I've missed the cancellation deadline. They did not offer to re-send the free-trial, just said that I was still responsible. Immediately following the call I contacted my credit card company in filed a complaint. The charges are in dispute.

Credit card fraud
In response to an adverisement on the MSN Today page for whiter teeth, I like many others ordered the two recommended samples from Premiere Whitening and Premium White. Payment was asked for shipping, so I used my Barclaycard. Within moments, Barclaycard fraud office phoned me to say my card had been used for transactions in Cyprus, USA and other places, in the last few minutes!! My card was blocked.
On receiving my Barclaycard statement there was a payment for £30.24, to Varimi. of course I had never heard of them and Premiere White and Premium White say they haven`t either. I am filling in a disclaimer form.
I have however, received the samples and they will get no further payments from me as that card is blocked. I would advise others in this position to do the same.

Unsolicited Add on Charges
It is a scam presented on the MSN browser page. Offering a sampling for .99 and hitting you with a $99.97 charge after the supposed tril period of 10 days from day of shipping. It is a total rip-off. I know I can get a similar product from my dentist for $10 a syringe in stead of $99.97 for two syringes.

Extra charges on Bank Card
We ordered a FREE 10 day trial of a product of theirs. In less than 24 hours, we contacted them and cancelled the product order. We had to pay the postage for the product as the order had gone through and we had already been billed. Around 1 month later, we have been charged on our Visa card another £58.77 for the product (even after cancelling the order). It is impossible to contact them via the telephone - you are only referred to their terms and conditions on their web-page. On contacting our bank, we were told that the bank's fraud department have already heard of this company. We were advised most strongly to cancel the card and they would send us a new one. Through this company, I am now without a Visa card for around a week.
