sending unordered product
I have been sent product that I did not order and was charged $82.31 that automatically came out of my checking account. I called the 1-866-414-4525 number on the product and was told that they no longer support this product. The product came with no invoice therefor there was no information on how to send it back. It is a scam. The person who I talked to @ the 800 number actually hung up on me the first time I called. When I called back she apologized and all I could do was contact the website.

False Advertising and unauthorized charges
Company advertised a free bottle of their product - the only thing you have to pay for is the shipping. I authorized the shipping charge on their website. When I got my credit card statement a month later it had two charges one for $82.31 (for the initial free trial) and one for $82.31 for the second bottle coming (both showing up under two different company names). I called the company to complain and they said they were a "no return and no refund company". I got the run around and finally had to file a complain with my credit card company and BBB. THIS IS A SCAM in the worse sense! Please tell everyone and anyone to AVOID this company and their products!

Unauthorized Charges
I received my bank statement today and found that $82.95 had been deducted from my account from a ACAItechsupport.com and from a company called Bromalite. Not rembembering ever talking to someone from a "tech support" recently, I phone the number listed by the name of the payee. I was on hold for 35 minutes and then found out it was for the "FREE TRIAL" of premium acai berry pills. I was informed that the free trial was for 20 days only and the trial started the day I placed my order. However, I didn't receive the product for almost 2 weeks. I was informed that I should have read the small print! My FREE TRIAL set me up to recieve a bottle every month and be charged $79.95!!! I cancelled the "membership" and made sure to have the tech read me my cancellation # to me 2 times. I was assured that the charges would be stopped immediately. I will wait and see. Please, please, please read the fine print on these TO GOOD TO BE TRUE OFFERS. Nothing is free and these scamers know exactly how to suck us in!!!

Cant cancel order or get refund
I placed an order and then tried to cancel after I realized what I had done. I was supposed to get an email with an order confirmation number which was needed to return product or cancel. Never got an email. Emailed the address given on the website. No response. Tracked down a number some how - got someone with a heavy Indian accent who couldn't tell me anything., The actual company on the box is supposedly in Canada but could not be located. I did send a complaint to the BBB in Canada. So far I only got charged for 1 order (which I didn't receive). Shame on me. I knew better. If I get charged again I will need to cancel my debit card which is a hassle. And now - I've gotten 4 different phone calls at my home from people who are trying to cancel their orders. Somehow my phone number got associated with this. I may have to change my phone number! Now that's a real hassle.

after I did what I did to return, cant get anyone to help..NO ONE
I have tried over and over and over to reach you people with no luck. Why are you hiding? Why did you take things out of my account without my permission? I followed the instructions to the tee and was told I would get a full refund and you have not honored your contract. Your operators are SO RUDE as well. Do you want people to sue you? Is this how you treat people? How do you sleep at night? This is fraud and it will come to an end.
I have ALLLL the documentation that I need to start proceedings against you and I will. You tell people one thing and then you do not live up to what you have said in your contract. This will make the media and it will me a HUGE story...I will make sure of that.
All you need to do is honor your end of the contract.
I have conf. #03081400000178349293 from post office that you "did" recieve, the 13th of this month, the returned merchandise. My bank, Wells Fargo, is investigating this as well, ref #10521091072. You can see that I have all the documents that I need. Please keep me from embarrassing your company. I'm sure you don't need this negative publicity as well. This was done without my permission and I am mad as hell. If you're not the person to contact, then please tell me who can help me...please !

Unable to cancel membership
I got scammed into receiving a FREE trial for Acai Berry. I was told I could cancel during the free trial, but when i tried there was no way to do it. The website addresses were BOGUS and the telephone numbers weren't any help. If someone picked up, they immediately hung up on you or had you on hold and no one ever picked up.

returned product havent recieved refund
I have just been hung up on by one of your "customer service agents", Jan. She was very rude and did not listen to my complaint. I have spoken to Giace, Alex, Chris the past month while trying to get this resloved. I AM "IRRATE". All I want is what is rightfully "mine". I DID NOT ORDER YOUR PRODUCT...
I DID NOT request your product and did not approve any money $82.13 to be taken out of my account. My phone number and banking info was given to you without my knowledge. I have changed my information since then, My bank, Wells Fargo has started an investigation. With ref#10521091072.
I was instructed by your company to send the product back for "full" refind. I took to the postal office and did so on May 11, 2009. Just checked with them and they said that you recieved on May13, 2009. Your operator, Giace, said it was recorded as recieved on May 19, 2009. Confirmation # 03081400000178349293. This is PLENTY of time for you to have returned my refund to me. I have several attorney's in my family and if my refund is not refunded to me in full, by the end of the week, I will have one of them proceed with proper charges/ .They'd love the media attention anyway.

Haven't recieved money back from returned product
CONFIRMATION NUMBER #20090428381747

I had returned your product and I had to go to the postal office and paid to have it returned and I have "proof" of return. Delivery confirmation number: #0308140 000178349293 postal marked return was May 11, 2009 I was billed for $82.31 of which I did NOT order this product and I would like to have this refunded to me by the end of the business day no later than this Wednesday, June 3, 2009 or earlier.
I was told that this would be refunded on the 21st of this month and have yet to recieve. I am EXTREMELY upset. My bank, Wells Fargo, is investigating this matter as there was this transaction that has gone on without my permission nor knowledge. The reference number from them is, #10521091072. I have since then changed my debit card number so that this can not happen again. I need you to honor your promise to have this return this to my account within 10 days from the date you recieved and I returned it on the 11th. I did EVERYTHING your service representatives, Alex, Chris and Nan have told me to do as I have been trying to get this matter resolved. I have tried SO many times after speaking to them and it is so strange that the phone stays busy no matter how long I try to reach you again. You have had PLENTY of time to have recieved and taken care of this matter.
I will continue to email and will not stop until you have returned the monies to my that was promised. This has EXTREMELY upset me and I feel that you will try and do what is right. I thank you that you will correct this as soon as possible. As you can see, I have kept track of names and numbers needed so that you cannot dispute any requests that I have made from you.
All I want is the money that was taken from me, returned after the product was returned back to you and I had to pay for the shipping and handling for even that.
Please take care of this so that I will not have to keep on contacting you. And I will NOT stop...not trying to be rude but I just want done what is right

Over charged
Ordered promotional Acai Berry on line and was to be charged 3.99 for shipping and 82.31 was charged to my account. First called 1-888-471-1788, was keep on hold for the better part of an hour, then hung up on. Looked up the product and dialed 1-866-834-9155, young lady answered the phone and I told her that I was only to pay 3.99 for shipping, and to cancel my order. SHAME SHAME on them. Now I have to go through the drama of closing the account and receiving a new card, shame on me. This was the first and last time I order anything on line. Now what is it that you can do to stop these people??????

unauthorized charge
As recommended by Oprah and Dr. Oz, I ordered Premium Acai Berry as a free trial - pay $3.95 for shipping. My account was charged $82.31 immediately!! Then, when I called to have the charge reversed, the non-English speaking woman couldn't help me. 866.834.9155 - DON'T FALL FOR THIS!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!
