I had returned your product and I had to go to the postal office and paid to have it returned and I have "proof" of return. Delivery confirmation number: #0308140 000178349293 postal marked return was May 11, 2009 I was billed for $82.31 of which I did NOT order this product and I would like to have this refunded to me by the end of the business day no later than this Wednesday, June 3, 2009 or earlier.
I was told that this would be refunded on the 21st of this month and have yet to recieve. I am EXTREMELY upset. My bank, Wells Fargo, is investigating this matter as there was this transaction that has gone on without my permission nor knowledge. The reference number from them is, #10521091072. I have since then changed my debit card number so that this can not happen again. I need you to honor your promise to have this return this to my account within 10 days from the date you recieved and I returned it on the 11th. I did EVERYTHING your service representatives, Alex, Chris and Nan have told me to do as I have been trying to get this matter resolved. I have tried SO many times after speaking to them and it is so strange that the phone stays busy no matter how long I try to reach you again. You have had PLENTY of time to have recieved and taken care of this matter.
I will continue to email and will not stop until you have returned the monies to my that was promised. This has EXTREMELY upset me and I feel that you will try and do what is right. I thank you that you will correct this as soon as possible. As you can see, I have kept track of names and numbers needed so that you cannot dispute any requests that I have made from you.
All I want is the money that was taken from me, returned after the product was returned back to you and I had to pay for the shipping and handling for even that.
Please take care of this so that I will not have to keep on contacting you. And I will NOT stop...not trying to be rude but I just want done what is right
