I ordered the product Premium AcaiSlim on 8/10/09. I was not satisfied with the product. I cancelled my subscription within the 14 days and returned the product on 8/25, with a tracking number and my cancellation order number placed on the package as directed. I was also told when I made my cancellation phone call that if a charge was made to my credit card, it would automatically be refunded. I received my credit card bill the first week of October and I saw a charge, but no credit. I called the same phone number 866-989-8945. I was told my information was going to the corporate office and I would receive a phone call in 48 hours. This did not happen. I called the phone number on my credit card bill 866-807-7356 the third week of October. First I was told that I was refunded in September which was I said was not true. I had my credit card statement in front of me. Then, I was told that maybe it was my bank's fault for not accepting credits. I know this is not true (not to mention ridiculous) because other companies can issue a refund to me, and it should be the same process to charge as it is to refund. I was then told that my information would be given to the corporate office, and I would receive my credit in 5 to 7 business days. This did not happen. I called both phone numbers again on October 27. I was told, again, that my information would be given to the corporate office and I would receive a phone call within 48 hours or my refund, whichever is applicable to the number as before. Once again, NOTHING! I called both numbers again on October 30th. NOTHING! I've also, now, have my credit card company disputing the charge for me. Also, the PR/Media email address is invalid.
The way this company conducts business is disgusting! I'm still waiting on a refund for a product I returned in August!
