overpriced copier toner cartridge

Premium Distributing Center called our new receptionist and convinced her to buy a toner cartridge for $439.00. The toner price on the internet averages $40, so this is clearly a scam. They shipped next day, a further cost of $48.39. Total bill was $87.29 for a $40 toner cartridge. I am trying to call them but conveniently, "all their reps are currently busy" so I have to leave messages.

Didn't Order Items

I received a call from Premium Distributing Center stating they could offer toner cartridges at a discounted rate...I told them we were not interested. Then I received a package from them w/ a toner cartridge and then yesterday received the invoice for $387.39 for one cartridge. I have been trying for days to call them at 888-791-1300 and no one answers.
