	K. Zebulon January 25, 2011 Unauthorized Billing I just discovered I have been billed $17.23 on my Verizon phone bill for about 20 months for a service I never requested. How can a company get away with this? What is my recourse to recover from this company? When I try calling the number given to me for Premium Long Distance I get a busy signal all the time.
	cottagerose March 1, 2010 unapproved billing i just found their charges to my att account, i did not order nor did i want their services. i have never even heard of them before, i called and complained and told them to remove the charges
