getting the job done
well premium timeshare depot is the only company to get my time share rented I've signed with 4 company and they were the only one that has done what they said they would do i Had 6 1 bed 1 bath rentals and David did just what he said he would do-and got me 1800 per rental and made me a believer

Not a Scam
I was contacted by Premium Timeshare depot a little over a year ago and being not such a trusting person I gave them my business. It took nearly a year but they were able to rent out my timeshare twice within the year and just this week they were able to finally sell it!! I thought it would never happen but it did. I guess I just need some patience which now I am extremely happy that I did.

Scam
Premium Timeshare Depot is the biggest scam. If you look at other sites that have listings of complaints you will notice names like Brandon, Marco, Nicolle and Sammy that defend this pathetic company. That is because they all work there. They claim to be in a contract with the Orange County Convention Center as well as convention centers in Las Vegas and Atlantic City. It is a complete lie. They do not rent out properties and they definitely do not EVER sell any. The reps take home 45% of the $750 they charge these trusting people so think how much Brandon and Marco take home. There is no cost to Premium Timeshare Depot for registration since they do not register properties for anything. It's a shame that this has been allowed to go on. These guys are making tons of money off of innocent people that are being completely lied to. Who regulates this crap????

SCAM
Premium Timeshare Depot is a total scam!!! They do not present your property to anyone, much less convention centers as they claim. The sales people are trained to lie over the phone and require an upfront fee that ranges from $499 to $750. An insider claimed they rent (2) properties/month at best, yet they have been signing up approximately (15) new properties/week for years (read that again and do the math). They advertise properties in a small, cheap flier which is handed out along with tons of other tourist information. These ususally end up in the trash. Sales reps get paid 45% of the $750 charged to each customer (45%!!!).This is a total waste of money and I don't know how they sleep at night. BUYER BEWARE!!!
