I went from a free trial and agreeing to pay the shipping of $11.22 for this item to an utter nightmare of Visa weekly charges ranging from $48.23USD to $86.93 USD.<br />

In late November 2009, I did receive a marker-size stick that would apparantly brightened my teeth, but due to a relocation I hadn't yet a chance to try it thus far. When I received my next Visa Bill I was in for a shock. I was faced with three seperate charges on my Visa that I hadn't initiated. Two of those charges were $86. 93 USD from SMILE BRIGHT and an additional charge of $48.23 from a sister company called WHITE TEETH. <br />

I immediately contacted Visa and explained my predicament. But the customer service person knew all too well of those two companies. Somewhere during the check out process, I apparently agreed to a monthly service hence the charges I mentionned above. I did not agree to a monthly service. The site finished the check out process for the shipping charges without my consent TO THE MONTHLY SERVICE. The Visa person gave me specific directions and I followed them. First, I phoned the first company. The young man who answered me provided me with a cancellation no. but claimed that I am stuck with the first $86.93 because it was a 30 day money back guarantee. When I received the pen like no directions were provided. The second phone number I called White Teeth co. the young lady initiated a cancellation notice but gave me the same cancellation no. as the first one. <br />

Again if I may be so bold to say: Your dentist will provide you with an immediate result and you will know the charges up front thus preventing the nightmare that I hope I have helped anyone else avoid. After reading of people on this site still being charged after getting a cancellation no. -- confirming the cancellation I decided that for my protection I demaded a new Visa card and cancelled the previous ones to minimize my lost. The Visa company was understanding and complied with my request.<br />
