Returned product...no refund
I was an idiot falling for the free trial of Dazzle Smile and Clean White. I didn't read the fine print and was charged $83.90 for the free trial that I didn't return within the 14 day trial period. Okay...so I screwed up. I called to cancel. Clean White's customer service rep says that they cancelled my account, however a shipment was already sent for $84.90. What? I questioned it. Apparently I was being shipped this stuff every month (again, small print). Okay, I want to cancel any future shipments I told the rep. My account is then closed. 5 days later I received DazzleWhite. I was expecting that. 2 weeks later I receive a tube of Premium White. What? I called and told them that I had cancelled my account and that I want to return the Premium White. The DazzelWhite customer service rep gave me a return ID number and sent me an e-mail with return instructions. I followed the instructions to a tee. I made sure my return number was on the box and it was even referenced on the FEDEX reference. I sent the package to Premium White, 22100 E. 26th Street# 100, Aurora, CO on 1/21/10. They received it 1/25/10 signed for by N. Means. I have proof that it was delivered and that I would get my $84.90 refunded. Later in the month I receive other charges from a FIT Club of some kind and other charges from an internet self help service that I was apparently getting. I've never even seen these sites, or opened any e-mails regarding these services. I called the numbers on the credit card statement and made myself heard. I demanded that they credit my account as I did not authorize these charges. It took 1 month, but I got my credits. However, as of 4/20 /10, I have not received my refund from PremiumWhites. I tried going to the website, (that's useless ), I called the number on my credit card bill and the message says that their office is closed (their office hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 Mountain Time). I would call as early as 9:00 a.m. from California, and would still get that message. I am furious that I won't get a response from these people. These people have to be stopped. They have the product I returned, I want my money back.

unauthorized charges
Same as everyone else. Order free trial, cancelled within trial period and got confirmation number. Then, unauthorized charges started showing up on my CC. It's several hundred dollars now.
I have no idea how to remedy this since none of their ads and emails contain a phone number that will take me to anyone who really works for the company or has authority to reverse charges.
Guess it's time to deal with this the old fashioned way - write a letter, to them and a lawyer.

Phemium White SCAM
This company is a total scam.
They first show you the super nice deal Free + low shipping charge $2 something.
Then after you have enter your card # and everything else, they charged you $11 for just shipping.
Ok, you think it stops there, but hell no after 2 weeks they charge you $86 for the shipment you have not received.
You call them, they tell you that they can't do a refund without a product resent back and they offer to send you another one for free so you can send it back which is TOTALLY UNNECESSARY.
You desperately want your money back so you accept it. Then you receive the stupid product and you send it back.
Two weeks later they send you an email said that your refund will be on your statement in 10 business days. So you wait but nothing happen. Then you call them, they tell you to wait. 1 month later, they still tell you to wait. 2 months later, they say they will fix it and if they can't they will email you in 10 business days. So you continuous to wait but nothing happen to both your bank account and your email.
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. I got really mad now. I called my VISA company and filed a dispute. I saved all the email and conversation that I had with that SCAM COMPANY so I faxed all of that to my Visa company. A month later, I got my $86 back.
MY ADVISE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE THAT THE DEAL IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. If this ever happens to you, save all the information they send you, call your VISA Company to help you with this.

Stolen money AND product
So I looked into the product, and decided to try the trial out. Surprised when I didn't recieve ANYTHING from them, and yet a charge shows up on my credit card. So I phone them up that day and explained the problem.
At this point after a bit of frustrating conversation I convince them to refund my money for a product I didn't recieve. This is when they tell me that the day before (how convenient), they sent out another shipment of it and will be charging me for that. I say NO! But it's already sent out they say, but don't worry, just send it back and we'll refund your money.
The day I recieve it, I go to the post office and send it along with a tracking number. They now have my product AND my money.
Now they tell me that they recieved it 5 days too late to fit into their policy. They told me that they allowed for a 4 day grace period of lateness, but just can't do a 5 day grace. Their policy (?!?) doesn't allow for that.
Then I'm told that not only will I not get a refund, but they won't give me my product back either!!!
Does this not classify as theft?? How can a company like this operate without getting shut down?!?

fraud sent product back have called company they stated 1-22-10 due to technical difficulties my refund did not go through
I made it clear that I did'nt want there first product they sent to me. It was sent back and I finally got my refund. After calling the first time and cancelling my order they proceeded to send and deduct my bank account 86.93 I continuously have wasted my time calling and the procuct was sent back. According to Diane the Premium White rep who refused to put me through to a supervisor on Jan 22 they credited my acct but because of technichal difficulties the credit did not go through. I asked for them to refund the acct and was told to contact my bank. This is fraud. I will continue to contact the company and I have filed a dispute at my bank. Watch out for this scam. I was only supposed to get a 2.95 sample from the beginning. I have now learned about paypal and think it is great. Technical Difficulties is not a proper reason for no refund. The customer is always right. The thing is I never wanted this product and have a 2 and 3 year old to care for.

Outrageous deceptive Advertising
Web site ads of a smart mom in a tough economy who brightens her teeth by ordering two trial samples is a complete lie - do not fall for it. They automatically enroll you in a $87 monthly enrollment - In order to cancel your contract you have to return the materials, so by definition she never could have used the trial samples.
Lies, Scam, Deception at it's worst. When I called to cancel their operators kept trying to squeeze any dollar out me they could.
This is fraud and false advertising

Unauthorised taking of money f rom my bank account
The Premium White Company is run by totally despicable people. I saw an advert for free tooth whitening which when I clicked on it took me to Premium White's site. I then signed up for a free sample and put in details to pay for postage. After many weeks received the tooth whitener, and have since received three more lots, which I didn't ask for, which came with no paperwork, no invoice, no company address or telephone number, no terms and conditions nothing to let me know how to return the product, and that they, and related companies were taking different amounts of money out of my bank account which when I received my statement came to £200. I feel totally sick to my stomach by what these people are doing, and wish they could be stopped before they steal more money from another unsuspecting person. How can they be allowed to carry on trading. I hope they all fall off the edge of a cliff sometime soon.

Unauthorized payment
I ordered the "free" trial of Premium White then not much longer was charged $87.62 then another $48.92 plus several $2.00 international transaction fees. I was refunded the $48.92, but have yet to receive the $87.62. I have contacted customer service who says they have no contact number for the company but did give me an address (which I do not trust). What can I do to get my $87.62 back? I'm drawing unemployment and desperately need that money!

Fraud
Have currently deducted $280 from my credit card for "free trial". Do not deal with them. If you try to complain they are rude and hang up. They also operate under White n Bright and bill under the name of Mallory Hills LLC - presumably hoping you will not work out that they are scammers. Don't do it. I can't understand why the Fraud Squad have not intervened, as there are so many complaints.
