Thieves, liars. I agreed to a trial of shipping only of $1.95. I read the terms and condtions and nowhere did it say i would be charged $86.00 per month. This company charged my credit card for 3 $86.00 charges in one month. Over $240.00 in one month. they refuse to refund. I am so mad I am shaking and I am going to make a major stink about this. This posting is just the start!!I am currently unemployed and have plenty of time to pursue this. Why is nothing being done legally to stop this fraud?

I placed an order for a free trial and inadvertently ended up with a "one payment for a lifetime supply" only to discover that shipping was charged as if it was coming from US and additional costs. This is a total scam and very expensive for people who don't check their accounts. Please warn web users

Please don't give these people your credit card information. They say only thing you to pay is $1.95 and they charged my $126.42 for a one year non refundable fee. This is a scam please don't fall for it please.

I ordered a free sample and gave my credit card number for shipping only. Big mistake! They have charged over $160 on my credit card which I am disputing. I am fighting them with the help of my credit card company but still have not had the charges credited back. I have returned the product, done everything Premium White asked for, yet still they have not posted a credit to my account. Don't go through the agony that Dazzle-SMile- Premium White has given me and give them credit card info. They are a total scam and will take all they can get from you.

This company ripped me off via on going credit card billing, typically $90 CDN every two weeks. Company names include Premium White, Dazzle White, Sup*SmileBright etc. Operates into Canada apparently thru RDP Fulfillment Corp c/o WuYi Source 1725 McPherson Court pICKERING, oNTARIO L1W3H9... but how do we know any of this for sure!!! Most effective to lodge your complaints thru the following:

RECOL.ca but you can also try CBC Marketplace, Consumer and Corporate Affairs, BBB, etc.
Recol automatically distributes your complaints to other agencies including Internet Fraud Investigation for all US states.
It appears that their billind department is currently operating our of Ohio but this can change quickly.
Make sure that you record chat line text and print it out.
Also request they forward your contract cancellation confirmation number to you by email.
My email stated the contract was cancelled but did not include the cancellation number.
I had to find it from the chat line records... Don't lose this number, it may help.

Be aware that the online chat system does not use real people... it is automated to provide the kind of response that will help to buy time while making you feel more at ease. Try various tactics and see for yourself.
Notify your credit card company immediately and activate a dispute process so as to ensure your personal billing will be minimized. You will almost certainly require your credit card to be disabled and replaced asap.

PS... If anyone can find out the individual responsible for this c.w., address, let me know, I will send a friend to visit who will bring back this shitbags pearly white teeth to display on my mantle!
