YIKES!!! if u have recently ordered a trial and it's within 5 days, please RUSH to the phone! CANCEL THIS and record the conversation or if u use their contact us link and do a live chat, print it out (if u call make sure to declare the date!) hand over to ur bank immediately! if they charge anyhow u can do a chargeback!!!
AND THAT'S NOT ALL!!! u think, well, ok, they got me for 130 buck, but i can order this at any time and no more additional charges, right? WRONG!!! If u chose an option for the tray (which, who wouldn't need a tray, right?) Here's what will happen next.

YIKES!!! So, YES they do get a high dollar monthly membership ON TOP of that yearly $125 after ur 5 day "trial" (PS- that is 5 days from THE DATE THAT YOU ORDER!!!IT TAKES 7 DAYS TO GET THE PRODUCT, SO U ARE CHARGED BEFORE U EVER EVEN GET IT. CAN I ASK THE OBVIOUS? HOW IS THIS A TRIAL?!?!)
Now, it does say that you have 30 days to return this "tray", so if u got that RUSH to cancel that too!!!
Now, a very confsuing part about this is that THEY ALSO TELL YOU THAT YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, AND IF YOU DO, THEN YOU MUST REMOVE YOURSELF

NOW WHO ARE THEY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?? AND THEY ALSO STATE THAT YOU MUST STOP SUCH A LAWSUIT IF YOU KNOW ABOUT IT?!?! WHAT in the world is that crap?! So, by signing up for a trial, you must then become a solider for the premium white army?!?! LOL, this is the most original terms and conditions I have ever read. PLEASE, proceed with CAUTION! Cancel ur memberships asap, record ur conversations, so if they attempt to withdraw money after cancellation, you can do a chargeback!

My free trial cost $1.95 for S&H which equalled $12.95 because of intenational shipping to which the order came from Canada. Anyways, I returned the free trial as to not be charged $87 bucks and I immediately cancelled my autoship membership. My credit card was charge $27 in Dec and then again in Jan. The company names to these charges were Elitepack and Fitclubonline I called the original company and told them to refund my money and they refused stating I agreed to their terms & conditions. Okay, my mistake for not reading these so I was going to just eat it. I asked the company to email the terms and conditions I agreed to and there is no mention what-so-ever of either of these memberships. That being said, I disputed the charges with Mastercard and they agreed to chargeback the company(s) and refunded my money. My advice: NEVER ORDER FREEBIES ON-LINE!!!

SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM ! I ordered the "free trial offer" and was only supposed to be charged for shipping & handling. Instead I received 2 charges of $87.62 each on my credit card. On top of that, they signed me up with another company (probably related) called "Fit Club On Line" who charged my credit card $24.82. Premium White claimed I signed up for auto ship which I didn't.If you're having trouble getting in touch with them try 866 528 6214 5-8 PM MT . Make sure you cancel the " autoship" which they automatically put you in. I returned the product and am waiting for the credits to my credit card. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company (citi MC) who removed the unauthorized charges pending an investigation. I'm also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which can be done online.

I ordered a free sample from this company & have never given permission for it to take money from my credit card. As a matter of fact, I cancelled the order straight away after paid the P&P with my credit card. So far the company has taken US$186.30 from my crdit card. I have recieved nothing, see cancellation email below!

Please advise.

Same deal. my risk free trial arrived AFTER the return date. Cost me 90 bucks. And now World Club is tagging me 25 bucks. Print out the terms and conditions on the P White website. This is criminal. Who do we COntact for a Class action suit?
