teeth whitening
As said on other posts - this is a total scam. Once they get your credit card number they not only bill outrageous amounts they give it to other companies that will bill you. After cancelling the supposed "membership" with these thieves, I was guaranteed by my bank they could not bill anymore. 3 weeks later a fitness membership shows up. My bank tells me it's thru Premium White. You sign up with whoever they choose. Meaning they can incorporate their pet rat and charge you $1, 988 a month membership fee for nothing, You must cancel each membership my bank tells me because no one can give you the list ... unreal. I cancelld my account with my bank also. At a time like this you would think they would be more helpful with known scammers.

Scam
I ordered a "free" trial of a tooth whitening product for $1.95 shipping which turned into $12.90 because it was from the US (Product was shipped from Pickering, ON, it should 1.18 CAD mark on the envelop ).
Then they told me I agreed to pay $86.25 US (94 CAD) but would not be charged if I returned it within 14 day trial period. The product didn't arrive until 12 days later, and didn't include any contact phone number or email. How they expect me to return the item with any contact information.
Two later, they send me another one premium white without any follow up with the trial client. Until today I received the visa invoice with 2 charges from Pristine Health. 86.25 And 86.25 US. I contact my visa card and notice lots people are get caught in this scam.
After speak to the visa rep and find out the phone to cancel this stealing, employee refused to let me speak to a supervisor and eventually hung up on me. How do companies get away with this?
I think the internet scams are all around us and the government should do something to protect consumers.

Scam
I was dumb enough to take a friends advise and order a "free" trial of Premium White teeth whitening online. I read the terms and conditions which clearly outline that the company will begin charging you if you do not cancel after receiving the product. I followed all of their stupid steps to cancel which involved sending them back the used sample (such a joke!) and they still proceeded to charge my account $86.93 (SUP*SMILEBRIGHT). I had to work with my bank to get the charges reversed (Chase was great) and eventually the company refunded the charges.
Thought I was in the clear...
HOWEVER, two weeks later my card was charged again, $24.13, this time by something that said 'SUP*WORLFIT' when I called the number 866-407-5590, they said that when I signed up to pay shipping charges for my free sample it automatically enrolled me in a trial of this. whatever 'this' is. I luckily printed off my terms and conditions and the person I spoke with could not tell me where in them there was any mention of this. They agreed to cancel the trial but refused to reimburse me for this charge, which is ILLEGAL. I had to work with my bank again, change my account, order a new debit card, etc. what a mess!

Don't be quiet! These companies should not be able to get away with this crap. I usually know better, and can't believe I was dumb enough to get involved with this, however, there are many elderly people who are victims of this crap all the time and don't have the resource to get it resolved!
Hope this information is helpful to someone, it took me weeks to get to the bottom of all this!

Unauthorized charges
I got a 1.95 trial offer with no way to get out if I did not like it. There is no phone number or e-mail in order to stop this.

Won't refund money
I ordered what I believed to be a small trial size of this product for the shipping price of $1.95. The add stated this was a free trial and the only charge would be shipping. The initial ad said nothing about charging your Visa for the product price of $87.62, if you did not cancel within 14 days. Upon finding the charge on my Visa, I immediately called the company to cancel everything and was told I had already been sent out a second product for another charge of $87.62. I told the customer service rep. I did not want anything and that I had not even opened the first "free" sample. I was instructed to wait until the second product arrived and then return them both for a full refund. I was given an order ID# and a cancellation #. I was also emailed instructions for returning the product. I returned them both certified, return receipt requested mail. I have a signed confirmation that they received the products. That was on 11/12/09. It is now 12/22, and I have still not received my refund. I called the customer service dept. again and asked why I had not received the refund, and was told that I could not get a refund on the first product sent, because I did not call within the 14 days, and that they had processed the refund for the second one on 11/23. The refund has never shown up on my Visa statement. When I told her this, she said there was nothing she could do, that it has been processed and I would have to call my credit card company. When I told her I was informed by the rep. I talked to the first time, that I would be refunded, she only said he was wrong and I would not be. She was very rude and not willing to help me at all. So I told her to return the product since I had to pay $87.62 for it, and she said they could not - that they are destroyed immediately. I told her to get me another one anyway and she said she would have to reopen my account to sent it out again, and then I would be charged AGAIN!! I was FURIOUS, to say the least, and asked to talk to a manager. She said she would not transfer me to one because they would not talk to me about this. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have my credit card company working on this, and I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well. DO NOT order anything from this company - save yourself a lot of grief. Their refund policy on their website also states that they will issue a full refund within 30 days if you are not happy with the product. I called them on 10/29 and was within that 30 days.

Misleading Website
Company offers free sample. Paying postage only. Small print not clear. Immediately charges begin to credit card account. Difficult to find phone number or address to cancel. A big rip-off. My Credit card account has been charged $200+ in less than a month.
Suggest anyone else interested should go to facebook to start huge campaign to stop this sharp practice.

Scam!
Dazzle White or PremiumWhite... whatever they want to call themselves is a HUGE scam! There is no such thing as a $1.95 offer! They will charge you $87.62... about every three weeks! When you call to "cancel"... or to even simply ask why the charges... they will give you the run around. This is a SCAM... these people are crooks! Do NOT fall for them.

charges
got this trial thing from the net. it was supposed to be a one off charge 0.99usd but they charged me several times. on my statement i had companies like sup bright and premium white taking money out.
to put an end to this i immediately told the bank and they sent a cancellation letter to all the companies (four to be exact) then i used skype to get in touch with the companies (because thats cheaper when your calling from UK to the US) then i cancelled with them and received a cancellation number.
also found out that my detils were passed onto a couple of other companies such as world fitness club. did the same thing with them and got the cancellation number.
my advice to anyone is to read the terms and conditions all the time. i ended up paying oveer £200. for that i could have just paid the dentist to do the job with a guarantee. and if my gums started to burn then atleast i could claim my money back.
when i phoned premium white and asked them if they knew of a company called supbright, they said that there company had bought the other one out.
also guys remember this, if something is too good to be true then it is. if people could get their teeth white for 0.99usd then everyone would have p[earl white teeth.
