Unauthorized Charges from Accoun
Amirouche Larby d/b/a Varimi LLC Fl
Varimi, LLC Fl
Amirouche Larby (conspirator)
PH 4, 100 Lincoln Road
Miami Beach-Florida-33139
This individual hosts an internet scam whereby the ad says 'California Mom finds Dental Quality Whitening at a bargain' Allegedly you enter the sight, sign up for trial size product, enter 'bedazzled' as a promotional code and the free trial + s/h is $1.95. This charge appears automatically all though the product doesn't come for over 30 days (they claim a terms and notice agreement on the website notifies you of recurring monthly charges but it wasn't there when I was on sight) then $89.93 disappears out of your account monthly. I had to cancel my card completly to stop the charges... I can not even tell you how many hours and to what expense I went just to get the name of Amirouche Larby... This is the best scam ever and I really wish a hacker would send them a fancy trojan like the blue screeen of death, or maybe get into his banking accounts... Ah well,
if it sounds to good to be true, IT IS... Buyer beware...
Varimi is out of Florida, return and Fulfillment center is in Colorado, the big hits come from Ohio. I am still researching and will update as possible.

Charged credit card even after cancellation
In October signed up and paid postage of $1.95 for a sample applicator.
Then signed up for a Tray subscription. Then I realized that something was wrong and called the chatline to cancell. Had an exchange with the chatline operator and was given a cancellation number and thought that was the end of the story.
In November I found $48.92 charged to my credit card.
Then in December another charge for $86.93 but using a different company.
I was supposed to receive a TRAY which never came. And no other product was received other than the initial sample.

Withdrew money from my credit card and did not send product
Premium White withdrew money from my Visa Card and I was suppose to receive product within a few days and now well over a month and nothing received. They have a chat room and when I chat with them they are forever promising the product will be delivered but nothing has been delivered. Each time I chat they come up with lies. They say I could not cancel my credit card because the shipping company was already informed to send me the premium white toothpaste, then they claimed the product was en route, then they claimed that there was a problem with shipping, then they gave me fictitious email address to lodge complaint, etc.

The government in USA should take action on this company for taking money on false pretenses.

I have since notices many folks complaining that this company is a scam yet the authorities have done nothing to stop it and it gives a bad name to USA to allow this to go on surely.

Unauthorized credit card charges
After stupidly ordering a "free" sample of a tooth whitener for only a shipping fee of $2.95, I was charged $86.92 for "personal services" by an entity that gave a different name "Sup*Smile Bright with a different phone number than Ultrifreshwell used when it charged my card the initial $2.95 shipping charge. I did receive the "free" sample, but it has no company name, address or phone number and is obviously part of a scam to obtain credit card numbers and make fradulent charges. I haven't tried the phone numbers yet, but I know what will happen when I do.
Beware of "free" samples from phony companies!

internet scam
I have fallen into the trap like many others it seems and gave my details to the premium white website and have been charged around $300 for a supposedly free sample. I am in the UK and rang them up to ask for a refund but was told she could not refund me. Any ideas how to get the money back?

Fraud
This company DazzleSmile or Premium white is an internet business that is set up to get your credit card details and charge you with things you did not order.
The sole intention of this company is to take money from you under false presences as it is not a genuine company.

Scam
This company is definitely a scam. I fell for their free trial offer and pay only the shipping and handling. Then later I'm charged $85.93 for a product I haven, t even received. I tried to talk with this company about being refunded and I was basically lied to and ignored concerning any refund. Wow, what a big price to pay for being unknowledgeable.
