Premium White
As per other people's messages, the Premium White "free trial offer" where you only need to pay $2.95 for shipping is a COMPLETE SCAM!! Normally I don't fall for these things but I clicked on an advertisement on what I thought was a reputable website and it took me to the Premium White website. When I clicked through the Free Trail offer, it said I would receive the free trial for $0.00 cost and $2.95 shipping. However, I started to feel a bit suspicious because the website was a bit cheesy, so I did some internet searches and found some complaints here.
I quickly contacted the company and told them I wanted to cancel the order. They told me that although I cancelled the order, I "might still be charged" on 8th of December (two weeks later). When I asked how much they said $87.00 and that because I cancelled, I wouldn't be charged the $87.62 a month after December (but would be for December if I received my December shipment).
So I told them I thought they were a fraud and called my credit card company to cancel my credit card. They cancelled it but told me I already had a charge for £29.00 (presumably the shipping plus a tray kit that I also ordered that advertised to be $11.95)
I should have know better! If you haven't ordered from them yet, DON'T!!

Liars and thieves
The Premium White scam comes from the same company as the Dazzle White and Dazzle Smile scams (they have also used numerous other names as well).
PremiumWhite posted links on the Web, which say about the FREE TRIAL, then they ask you your credit card number to pay for shipping 1.90 $ and say that is all you have to pay NOW.
But after the order is completed it turns out, that you are GOING TO PAY $87.62 per month as highlighted in their hard to see "terms and conditions" for the product they are going to send to you. Premium White will automatically enroll in you in a fitness program that costs money. The checkout page makes it difficult to see the offer so customers will likely add it to their order.
I tried to call a customer service, they said IT IS NOT A FREE TRIAL - ITS A FREE MEMBERSHIP, which I can cancel, but they are still going to send that one product to me. In the membership cancellation letter they send to me they say, after I have cancelled membership, I don't have to pay for anything, that hasn't been already shipped. So I call the Customer service again and ask if it was already shipped, because the just couldn't have shipped it, since from the moment I placed the order and called for the cancellation passed like 15-20 minutes. I ask them if they shipped the product and they say yes, I ask for the tracking number or some other information on the shipment and they say they(whoever is on the phone and their supervisor or anyone else) just don't have the contact with the contact with the warehouse from where it's been shipped. I STILL DIDN"T GET THE PRODUCT - A WEEK SINCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

scam business practices
Ordered a "Free Trial" and authorized a credit card charge of $2.95 for shipping -- I then looked into DazzleWhite (must be the smae guys) and then I read the Terms and Conditions -- yikes ! -- I went on line and cancelled my order -- like 20 min after placing the order -- they gave me a cancellation number but said they will still ship and still charge me $87.62 for the 1st months supply and that to get my money back I would have to get a return shipping number from them -- then send it back and then they would return my money -- I then phoned them and got the same runaround -- these people who work for them must feel ashamed working for a scam company --- I even phoned Mastercard to stop the payment and learned that you cannot stop a payment once it has been authorized -- tough luck eh !
These guys at Premium White should be investigated for onerous busniess practices -- does not say much for Iowa if they have done nothing to shut them down or get them to be honest in their practices!

taking unauthorized funds from account
Premium White is an online scam! You are supposed to receive a free trial sample of their product and just pay shipping. If you are unsatisfied or decide to cancel out, you have 14 days from date of order to do so. I ordered a "free" sample, they charged my bank account $1.95 for shipping, and AFTER I gave them the information to pay the shipping, there was a little red box at the top of the page saying that if I didn't cancel out, they would automatically charge my account$87.95 each month and ship me an order. I promptly tried to call, was on hold for an hour and then disconnected. I called back on the third day after placing the order for the "free" sample to tell them to cancel me. The man on the phone said they would go ahead and charge my account and when I received the sample, they would give me instructions to return it and they would not charge my account any further. I told him in no uncertain terms that they had better NOT charge anything else on my account or I would turn them in to the Better Business Bureau. He just kept saying they would send an e-mail to my account to tell me how to return the product. There should be some recourse to scams like these! People that take the working person's hard-earned money under these fradulent scams, should be prosecuted! I would like for someone to tell me how to stop these criminals!

Scam
The first clue that I was getting scammed through this false story and offer, was that my credit card was being charged $12 for the $1.95 shipping deal (as it was to Canada). Within minutes I agressively started cancellation process. Outcome yet to be determined. It is ironic that this Complaints Board website still hosts ads for Premium White.

Returned product/won't refund
Sent for a free trial, from Premium White/Dazzle product received, read further that the product I could not use do to a medical problem
I contacted the company through a chat line and was given the cancellation code and directed how and where to return the product and would receive a refund. Well now in contacting them today 11/11/09 she advised I was beyond the date of ll/18/09 to return. Purchase date was October 18 when i received the product I returned it on Oct 27. the 30 days would be up on November 18. So no refund according to the on line chat person Brooke.
So do not ask for a trial. Then they slip in another company and also withdraw money for something you will never receive.

Scam
I ordered the Premium White trial offer at $1.95 and THEN read the fine print.
I instantly phoned 866-528-6214 to cancel the trial offer. To my surprise I was told he could cancel the $1.95 charge and additional charges BUT, there was no way to cancel a 11/28/2009 charge of $87.62!
The site states the following Offer Details:
Get ready for the red carpet! You will have 14 days after you place your trial order (just pay $2.95 S&H) to try PremiumWhite and start to see your celebrity smile. If you don't cancel, you'll then become a PremiumWhite Celebrity Member. Every 30 days we'll refill your supplies and bill your credit card $87.62. You can cancel at any time by calling 866-528-6214.
I don't understand why I have to be charged for a package not yet even shipped and incur shipping charges to return it before they will refund a $87.62 charge to be posted 11/28/09!
I canceled the ordered 5 minutes after it was placed. I'm well within the 14 day trial period! No package has yet been shipped. This makes no sense and is not stated in the "Trial Offer Details".

Internet rip offs
I saw this complaintattached below within minutes of falling for this scam and started calling to cancelat once, because the web pages said I can cancel any time. Although I was able to contact a person at each customer service site and neither had shipped anything I was told I could not cancel the "free trial". This site even gave me a appearant usless cancelation number of 615006.
Dazzle White / Dazzle White Pro and Clean Whites are complete rip-off's!!!
I saw what appeared to be a consumer website (this website was a spoof ofconsumer reports) talking about these products and how they are so great and have free trials and things of that nature so i decided to try them. I ordered both products (for a total of $4 i think) and immediately representatives from both companies called me on my cell phone and that's when they dropped the bomb "were automatically enrolling you in a monthly program" One company was enrolling me in a program for 59.99 a month and the other was 79.99 a month.
I clearly told both companies that not only am i not offered in their monthly programs, now i was not at all interested in their free trials and wished for the orders to be canceled. Both representatives from both companies explained they could not stop the initial order but absolutely guaranteed me that i would not be signed up for any monthly programs, I would get the trials i paid for and be done ... god i wish ...
When i got the products i noticed that they came with letters stating i was enrolled in their monthly program, despite being told over the phone i would not be. I figured maybe the rep was being honest and they include this letter with every package so theres a chance this letter may not pertain to me. I tried calling both companies, good luck with that because NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR EITHER COMPANY. I found out Dazzle Pro had a live chat on their website which allowed me to speak with a rep online. The rep informed me that i was enrolled in a monthly program and they would be charging me $79.99 unless i returned Dazzle White Pro immediately. I agreed and asked the rep what the address was to ship it back to which i was told "i cannot give that to you over the internet sir, you'll have to call our toll free number" I told her i had attempted to call the toll free number and nobody answers (i waited 75 minutes without an answer) to which she apologized and said unless i want to be charged $79.99 a month i would need to call that number and sit on hold until someone answered. Still trying to be a professional i decided i would try the next day, maybe they had a staffing issue the previous day and couldn't answer the phones, well not surprisingly i waited 45 minutes with no answer.
At this point i decided to try and cancel the Clean Whites subscription. They had a much easier way of doing this because you can do it through their website but when you go to cancel they say they are going to deduct $8 from your credit card for processing. I never agreed to be signed up in the first place so i was unwilling to pay $8 to cancel something i never wanted so i tried calling the company ... 35 minutes on hold and no answer so i hung up. This company had an option to leave a voice message and a rep would call you back so i left a message and it states someone will contact you in 24 hours. After waiting 24 hours without a call back (mind you im still periodically trying to call the 800 number for both companies hoping to reach a real person) I decided to call and leave another message. Again 24 hours with no call back.
I feel i have gone to great lengths to cancel a service that a) i never wanted and b) i was specifically told i was not being signed up for. At this point i have called and canceled my credit card and am waiting on a new one.
After doing some investigation i have found 100's of people online that repeat almost this same story word for word. The hilarious thing is when you go to rip off sites like this you always see the same generic response from both companies "were sorry for your inconvenience and customer service is our number one priority blah blah blah PR PR PR please call us at (insert 800 number they never answer)" PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO MY PREVIOUS SENTENCE BECAUSE I'M WILLING TO BET THEY POST THIS SAME GENERIC RESPONSE THEY POSTED 100 TIMES ALREADY ON BOARDS ALL OVER THE INTERNET. They have already posted this rebuttal on a complaint on this very website!
