Credit Card Scam on tooth whitener
I gave credit card information to trial a tooth whitener. I immediately regretted it and tried to cancel by phone but was told I had to wait to receive it first, send it back and get a refund. It was a "free trial" for 30 days. I sent it back, got confirmation and my charge was cancelled because I also called on the phone to confirm it was cancelled. BUT there was fine print on the web page and apparently I did not UNCHECK a spot in this print that I did not see for "WORLD FITNESS CLUB". They took $24. twice from my credit card before I noticed it. I called and spoke to "customer service" who sent me the copy of the web page I had not "unchecked" properly so I AGREED TO BUYING A SERVICE I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT AT ALL. I cancelled it but could not get a refund because I had not noticed it (buried in fine print) and so they tell me no refund is possible. THIS IS A SCAM. I have the email sent to me with the page but cannot make into a PNG or JPG or GIF file.

unauthorized charges to credit card
On 8/20/09 I ordered the free samples from Vibrant Whitening with shipping cost of $.99 and Dazzle Smile with shipping cost of $1.95. Upon receiving the free samples, I called on 8/31/09 to cancel any further shipments of this product. With documentation of the date, phone number and persons with whom I spoke to, my credit card account continued to be charged every month and sometimes twice in one month. I have contacted the credit card company and their response was I must clear this matter with the companies myself. After numerous phone calls, emails, all documented, there are charges amounting to the total of $129.20 plus interest charged in the amount of $8.44 due to the continous outstanding balance on my credit card account!
I would appreciate your help to obtain these refunds.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hidden Charges
I went online to purchase a trial product of teeth whitener. They offered a 1 month trial amount of product for a low shipping price of $2.95. My receipt says exactly this. That my charges totaled $2.95. When I checked my checking account, there was an Authorization for $2.95. I few days later when I looked, there was a charge for $ 126.42. I contacted the company and they said it was a nonrefundable charge for a membership fee that I authorized by filling out my credit card information and accepting the terms and agreement. When I was at that page, there was nothing written about joining via a membership and fee for that membership. When I clicked on the "read terms and agreement" button, no page would come up. I thought it might just be a glitch in their system and clicked to go forward with the $2.95 purchase. I never received a receipt for $126.42 and also was never informed of the charge before the charge was made to my credit card. This sort of operation should be illegal and maybe is and I'm just not aware of the verbage I need to use with them to get them to refund my money. While on the phone with the company, they were rude and actually hung up on me as well. Please advise was to what, if any actions I may take.
Thank you

excessive charges
Everyone with complaints about this or any other company needs to go to the website www.fcc.gov click on the contact us tab. Then file complaint tab. Then internet service and VolP option. Next click on the second choice. Then fill out the online form as best you can. We all have the same complaints so if we al;l do this maybe something will be done. There is strength in numbers we all just have to take the time to do this!

Credit card scam
This company advertises a FREE TRIAL OFFER for the price of the shipping only. When you get on the phone with the sales people they immediately start saying they're also going to sign you up for monthly shipments of the whole "kit", at a ridiculously high rate. When they did this spiel with me, I was VERY clear that I did not want any ongoing anything, no further charges, no joining of anything. They were adamant that this was part of their promotion, and I was clear that I did not want any of that, especially for a product I hadn't even tried yet to see if it worked at all. When they persisted, I said that we could end this transaction right then, before any shipping of any trial and any charging of my account. At this point they agreed to just send and bill me for the promised TINY trial tube (which was empty). Now they have debited my account for $86+ !!. After calling the company the rep was saying that I was paying that much just for that tiny tube!! He gave me a number to put on the package to return the product for a refund, but then, oops- I was two days over the window of their return policy! So sorry! I did get the address for the corporate offices where I can take my complaint. I expect the same runaround and bunch of reasons they cannot refund my money; but I will continue to fight this for as long as it takes. For all of you who try things offered online or by TV ads, CHECK FOR COMPLAINTS on the Internet before getting sucked in, and save yourself some money and frustration with fraudulent vultures like this one. At the end of my call I asked the customer service rep how often this happened, and he said he spends 10 hours every day answering calls just like mine! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Whitening Product Scam
Total Scam, product not only isn't theirs, pending lawsuit from DazzleSmile for trademark theft, the complaint also explains in detail the companies and some of the scams just from the whitening industry. Here’s the article with the link to the complaint. http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/dazzlesmile-sues-epic-advertising-and-jesse-willms-73643942.html I personally tried the product and a few weeks later developed health problems. Apparently I caught a viral infection. I read that this company purchases their product in bulk from China and their representative stated that they don’t have to be FDA approved, apparently not. In 6 weeks not only did they charge my credit card for products I didn't order, the 3 products that came changed names 3 times, first DazzleSmile, then DazzleWhite, then Premium White. Dazzle Smile is the company suing them for using their name. Nothing authentic or legitimate about this company or Jesse, Willms. The “manager” who wrote the comment from his company is a joke. They are calculated and have scripts to respond to all of the negative press out there, but if they are so legitimate, why do they change their name so often? Branding works for a reason, to build a reputation, like Microsoft. But when you’re trying to escape a reputation….by the way, Microsoft has sued Jesse for internet pirating and he settled that’s how much money he has made and continues to steal from innocent consumers.

false advertising
this is another of Jesse Willms' scams - you pay $2.95 for shipping and are automatically billed $87.26 monthly unless you cancel - the problem is you cannot cancel the first installment and this is not in the terms and agreement.
tracking down the head office is virtually impossible - i navigated through Des Moines, Iowa and Aurora, Colorado before finding an address is Sherwood Park, Alberta under Just Think Media
