I called and canceled both Dazzle White and World Fit memberships. I kept the Dazzle White/ Premium White number to do so. Then, when it was hard to find the other number I was supposed to call, I asked the rep at the whitening product's customer service for the other number. I called them, these numbers lead to generic cancelations services that service many products, so you're not really getting people who work for their company directly.
A month later a charge for 24.13 shows up on my bank statement. I start to research the company online, and I figure out everyone has a different story. Each person has a different charge, different conditions, but for the most part were charged after cancelations and despite their complaints. The interesting thing is that there are at a dozen phone numbers linked to different whitening products names that all do the same thing. I don't know if it's all the same company, often changing their name, or if there are many scams. I was given a total of four different numbers to call to deal with these situations. The ladies at the two cancelation departments did not have customer service numbers, one telling me that all I could do was write a complaint to an address. Plus, they both blame each other for the charges.
Either way Mike (employee ID #647) would not do anything for me because I did not have my previous cancelation number. He also refused to give out his last name, be nice in any way, & clearly believes his company never makes mistakes. I canceled the credit card the charges were on & told them they were unauthorized. I am glad the people at my credit card company are willing to serve their customers.
