No refund issued
REturned product - certified receipt that they received return. They claim they issued a refund to my debit card. My bank has confirmed they never received it. They refuse to trace their refund and tell me if the bank can't find it - I;m out of luck. They claim they have no way to trace a refund that they issued????? I'm an accountaint. I know better. They then told me I had to dispute it on my debit card with the bank. This cancels my card and I don't get another one for 10 days. That's an eternity to be without my card.

Their customer service refuses to transfer me to a supervisor, or the bookkeeping department, and twice today - 5 calls - they hung up on me.

Scam
The told me I would get a refund . That was over a month ago. My patients is gone. This was my last conversation with them. (sorry there are a few typo's)

Kim: The number to call is 866-528-6214. They are available 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM (MST) Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, they are open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST). They are closed on Sundays.
you: NO, i called them at least ten times
you: The one women even giot rude
Kim: Sorry for any inconvenience but we are here for only cancellation and product related knowledge but refund related queries you need to call our phone support staff.
you: I already have the numbers fot the FTC, BBB, and the attorney general and the news achannel either I get my money back tody or i start calling
you: I have tried coalling to many times I lost my patients
Kim: Sorry I can not help you in that concern.
Kim: You need to call them.
you: If you were in my shoes you're patients would be one to. You can relay the message I have tried to many times
you: Sorry but they ran out of time
Kim: You will have to make your call for refund information.
you: If I don't get my money today. I will do everything I can to see that what happened to me goes public
