Fail to refund when promiss
Hi I sent a product back to them long ago, and also have the Post office Registered post number which is 531901284010 for my return, up opened never tryed the product. Which i never wated in the first place, then I kept ringing that toll free number for weeks now and they keep saying that they refunded the money but it take time to reach your account. MY bank said that is absolute rubbish, I should of received the refund by now it has been 5weeks now. Every time I ring and say my name they hang up on me every time, they also have not answered my e-mails either, I have sent 6 in the last 3weeks. Now this is getting beyond the joke and my bank has ask me to report this company to you and the fraud association. SoI have come to you first and hope youcan solve this matter once and for all.

Credit Card Fraud / Unauthorized Charges
Continued unauthorized CC charges (fraud). Internet scam that offers a trial for nothing and then unknowingly sets you up for a continuing subsciption. Even worse, the scam also signs you up for multiple "services" by subscription and each then start charging your same CC. Thus you can never get done to all the the potential charging entities and call them all to cancel. (And none ever refund saying that you "authorized" each subscription by signing up for the one trial offer.) And even "cancelling" the subsciption does not stop the charging. (And VISA and Wachovia Bank should be ashamed of not trying to help this unwitting consumer.)
I have complained to the FTC and the BBB, so far.
Just cancel your CC just like I had to do before you lose even more money.
(See the example of the double scam in the attached screen shot. Both "companies" ended up having a field day with may CC. See circled item at the bottom of the shot, )

frauf, deceptive advertising
If you have been scammed by a tooth whiting product, known under the name of DazzleSmile, PremiumWhite or any other name please email me at, [email protected]. I am seriously thinking of doing a class action law suit against this company which is located in Iowa. I am in discussions with the Attorney General Office their and with the Feds. The agency of Consumer Protection in Iowa has many complaints against this company. The Feds are also interested because of fraudulent packaging, no information of content, no expiration date or place of manufacture. These are only some of the problems they face. The acts of this company are felonies and we should take them to court and put them out of business. I will act on the behalf of all parties to get this action going.
Sincerely,
Norm

Unauthorised CC transactions
Not sure whether this is a US or Canadian company, but it's definitely a rogue and I think (hope) that they have ceased their unfair practices in the UK at least.
They have had their hands well up my frock and I'm not at all happy about it.
My complaint is the usual one, but I'm surprised I fell for it as I'm normally quite a savvy user of the Internet. I this case, I entered PremiumWhite's "free" trial offer pages from a reputable web-site (yahoo! I think) and opted to pay postage only for a free 14-day trial. I saw no restrictive terms and conditions anywhere, and did look for them.
I received the trial package (which incidentally is ineffective, my teeth are not one jot brighter!) and my credit card charged $11.95 (not $1.95 as advertised) by a Cypriot organisation.
Next, I was charged $87.62 and, a fortnight later, another $87.62! although nothing more has been received from PremiumWhite (not that I want it anyway).
It seems the initial trial offer is not free unless you try to cancel within 14 days of invoking it. You WILL be billed the full amount. In the UK, the charge happens before the trial product is delivered anyway. Before you know it, you WILL be billed for another month's useless supply. Thus, they can be assured of getting the thick end of $200 per punter off all the unsuspecting dupes who register for their "free" trial.
The expedient way to stop further unauthorised (and illegal as far as I'm concerned) withdrawals is to cancel your credit card, which I've done, and I now hope I can get my money refunded under our local credit card guarantees. I know it's futile to expect a refund from PremiumShite.
This is the response I got from their chatdesk:
Gail: We do charge for shipping first and provide full 14 days to evaluate our product but as you decide to keep Trial package, you are charged $87.62 after the trial period.
Gail: I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. There is nothing to mislead anyone. Please have a look at our web site at bottom terms and condition link, you can read all terms and conditions. We have too many customers who are satisfied with our services. And, also all things were clearly stated on our terms and conditions that you agreed to prior to ordering on page 3 (order confirmation page).
Gail: Some of our most common issues arise from the customer not having a clear understanding of the terms and conditions which they must indicate that they have read and agree to before placing any order with us. Please take a quick read over them here, and see if that helps clear up any concern you have. If not, I'll be here and more than happy to assist you.
you: That's an utter rip off. How can it be a trial when you bill full (extortionate) price within days of receipt?
Good luck to all other victims!

Unable to get refund
This company not only hit my account for the full amount of their product before the deadline date of returning the product (which I did) but when you call to speak with someone in authority about getting your money back, they say there is no one person you can talk with. I did manage to get a fax number (405-621-6384) to which I can send all of my returned product documents, but they refused to give me a name of anyone to whom's attention I could sent it. This company is one BIG RIP-OFF. I hope the FTC can do something to stop them.

Deliberate deception
Deliberate deception with an ad. They offer a free trial. But don't spell out in the main body of the ad that they will keep billing you with out even sending you a bill, invoice or receipt. They start billing you before you even have the product in you hands to do the free trail.

unauthorized charge
Do not order anything from premiumwhitepro. They've changed their name from healthsmile, utilfreshwell, dazzle white because they've ripped off too many people under the old names. They will charge your credit or debit card $87.62 every month even if you cancel the subscription. Then they will sell your card information to other merchants who will continue to charge your card until you are broke. Avoid PremiumWhite at all costs! Do not order PremiumWhite
