No Refund/Fraud/Misleading
I ordered what I believed to be a small trial size of this product for the shipping price of $2.95. The ad stated it was a free trial and the only charge would be shipping. The initial ad said nothing about charging your Visa for the product price of $86.93. Upon finding the charge on my Visa, I immediately called the company to cancel everything and was told I had already been sent the product and an additional 'dental tray kit' in the amount of 48.63. I was informed membership was cancelled fully. I was instructed to wait until the second product arrived and then return them both for a full refund. I was given an order ID/cancellation #, instructions for returning as well as a refund confirmation.. I sent both insured via FedEx, I have a signed confirmation via FedEx. That was on 12/15/09. It is now 01/05/10, and have only been issued a refund for the $86.93. I have not heard anything for the dental tray kit ($48.63). I called again and asked why?, and was told that I could not get a refund, because I did not call within the 14 days. I called 5 minutes after ordering and have the cancellation confirmation. She informed me they would 'track' the package and informed me it was delivered to Denver. Again, I had the signed confirmation from FedEx stating that it was in fact signed for in Aurora. The rep then told me there was nothing they could do for me, this was on 12/21/09. I told her I was informed by the rep. I talked to the first time, that I would be refunded, she stated he was wrong and I would not be. She then informed that the dental tray kit was part of a different company, and they had nothing to do with PremiumWhite Pro. I asked to talk to a manager. She 'no' that one would not talk to me, all that was said was 'true' and the manager would do nothing. I then called back 'premiumwhite' and was informed that the FedEx Package was in fact signed for by the Warehouse, and that the 'dental tray' was another department, not 'company'. I asked to speak to the warehouse, and was refused, as they 'dont deal with the public'. I cant get any answers, or my $48.63 refunded. The company has changed names on my credit statements, and informed that the terms/conditions have changed, and they reserve the right to change it at anytime without notice to me. I have called several times, and emailed. Please Help. I was well within ALL of their guidlines, its time they held up to their end of the deal as well.

overcharging
I ordered a free sample of premiumwhite pro because it is promised that I am only going to pay for the shipping fee which is $1.97. So be it. TOday I received an email that $87 was deducted from my account from ultrafreshwel. I was shocked, couldn't remember I purchase any product with that value coz I know my account doens't have that much funds. BEcause of that amount, I owe my bank an overdraft fee of $64.
I talked to a customer rep to give me money back, unfortunately, she couldn't. THe account is now disabled but the $87 is not. I don't even have the product.
Such a scam! I hope they'll get their own dose of medicine for stealing money from the poor.
