low credit on my cell after recharge
my number +971509325637 i had yesterday (03/11/2009) 85 dhs when i was checking, today morning i was shocked my credit was -2.68 i did not call any one i dont know how it gets lost my credit. i tried to call 101 from my cell but it was not easy to catch etisalat representive if i get after several hours they could not help me to give the information.
Etisalat is such big concern but i could not digest the worst support from Etisalat then i felt my self as donkey as i am still using this shim card as i dont have any other choice for my business.
i would be very much greatful if you can get back my credit on this number or you can guide me to whom i have to call till now i am searching to talk correct to get back my money as i hardely earned this money in UAE during this crisis

stolen of mobile
i lost my mobile no.9793443354, it is showing that mobile no. does not exist, i want to know the current location where it has gone, and i want to know what does it mean when it is showing does not exist,

prepaid card recharge
I was recharged my airtel prepaid with 100 rs. on 07/08/2008. But i've not recieved successful message and amount on my mobile. Thereafter i want to try logged this complaint through my mobile then not able to connect with customer care due to my card is not activated (my card validity is completed in july 2008), that's why i was activate my card on 08/08/2008 through Rs 91 scheme for life time and getting Rs. 75 talk time and then i was logged the complaint through my mobile on 08/08/2008 and my complaint no. is 848422900. Everyday your costomer care executive were misguide me and said that "Your amount Rs 79 will updated within 24 hours". Now it is 13/08/2008, still no satisfactory message and calls recieved from Airtel.
It is second incident with Airtel and Airtel was not satisfied me. It is very surprising that company and its customer are statisfied only in 100 Rs.
Your 121 facility also funny and no meaning. Suggest to close it.
I want quick decision on this issue.
