return check not authorised

to whom it may concern, i eva fast got a call from Frontier Bank stating that there was a unauthorized check returned the amount is 19.95 taken out of my account they charged me a fee of 28.00, i try to call you and the receptionist told me to email you i want this resolved or your company will pay me the 28.00 dollars, my number is (360)649-5722

Filled out loan and canceled and loan went through anyway and without my Authorizationand withdrawn 49.95 out of my account without my ok

I was doing a loan and when I got to almost the end I turned it off, figureing that it whip out all info and it didn't. And the loan stop but the prepaid Master card didn't, and then I checked my account online and they deducted 49.95 out of my account and I called them and they told me to do this. And I'm doing just that and since they did this, my bank account is over drafted. And they charged me 33.00 Dollars off over draft Charges. And you are going to pay for that too, for the mess that you left me in or I'll get a lawyer and I'm not trying to be nasty. I want my money back into my checking account and the over draft Charges that you put me in payed, and that is only fair thing to do.And that is what I told the women and I hope that's what gets done, I didn't do this you did so Please fix the mess that you made and lets let it go at that, and If its not then I've no thing else to say and I'll get a lawyer and see you in court.
