Since I had changed my mobile No. 9898344388 from postpaid to prepaid
sime in September/October 2009 and it was in use upto about November-December 2009. Since my sim ard of prepaid mobile number is mispkaced in my place only, I tried to search out the same. Yesterday i.e. on 20-3-2010, I visited your Zodiac Tower, Bodakdev to have a duplicate sim card when I came to know that the same has been cancelled.
I was very shocked to hear from Mr. Ravi and requested him to give me the same number as prepaid sice it was a life time valid card. Unless, I request you to cancel the same, how it has been cancelled. Further, he told me that the same prepaid simard would hav e been sent any where is Gujarat. I gave him alternate mobile number 9879555154 and requested hime to locate where and whom the same prepaid Sim Card of my 7 to 8 years' old
number. Since he could not assure me I haver no option but to kodge this complaint. It is further requested to trace it out and allocate me the same number as I want to get it again concerted in to post paid plan.
