I dont mean to yell and I did the capital as an emphasis.
As I told you in the very beginning I missplased the order form you were kind enough to send me a copy.
when I got it all went well until it came to the ordering it was not cooperating so to speak and I tried to redo it but I get a popup which only displays half of the wording and wont scroll up or down
In a nut shell that is my problem.
I need the disk in order to study for the next exam

It seems that in your previous responses you were saying that you couldn't get the pop-up window to pay for shipping. However, because you would prefer to receive your training on a DVD, we do charge the shipping fees to send this to you as it is considered an additional service since we immediately supplied you with your requested title online.

I am very calm and composed. If it is so simple to resolve a simple issue like requesting my training, why dos it have to take an act of congress to be able to effectively assist me in resolving this (your) problem. I would appreciate a more professional tone from your side and not treating me like a way ward child. I am 57 years old and do not appreciate you corresponding with me in that fashion.
If you received a pop-up that asks you to pay for the shipping costs, then it is clear that you have requested your title to be mailed on DVD format. Once you pay for the shipping, your DVD will be shipped to you. Its that simple. what you dont seem to get is that I can not even get in to my library it is asking for a code when I put in the code it says I already have access
as for extra money if you look at my account you see I have paid for all dvd's and vouchers half of which I dont intend taking as I did explain to ERIK
I am not COMBATIVE I am however ticked of with your inadequate response. I thought the customer was always right? and the purpose of customer support was to resolve issues.
to recap I can not access my account "library" I have no access to order a new dvd course because I lost that form some how which I am not blaming you for all I want is help so I can keep up with my studies.

I have more problems with preplogic then I can shake a stick at.
I am going to initiate the cancellation of the rest of the programs I was going to take because it is not worth the time or effort I need to put in to this to get a smooth running program
I know I won't get any satisfaction regarding my challenges.
The person I was dealing with seems to have washed his hands of me I can not get him to respond to any question. either
it is late here now but tomorrow I will find a way to cancel every thing and get a refund for the remaining programs I did not use

Thank you for your reply. Within the online training library, you still have the option of having the training DVDs mailed to you. What you will need to do is retire your current title and use one of your swaps to the Net+ again. When you confirm your request, there will be an option to change the Media Type of your LearnSmart video training. Under the "Available Formats" option, change the option from online access to DVD media. If you have any questions, please let us know through this ticket. Thank you.

199.2.59.213 I did get the library download, I have an other problem /gripe. I did down load the net plus because I could not get the disk send to me which is for me the best if not only way to get the best out of my training. the down load stops and starts constantly.
please send me the hard copy of the training disk
If that is not possible I will cancel all my training and request a refund for all that has not been used

You have been training for the A+ 220-601 exam, and you will not require an additional title unless you are needing to sit for a separate part of the A+ exam like the 220-602 or 220-603. I would recommend checking out CompTIA's website if you need more information on the exams.
Also if when you are ready to request your next title, all you need to do is fill out and submit to us your Next Exam Package Request Form located in your product delivery e-mail.
