Dear Sir/Madam,
My husband has bought a computer COMPAQ PRESARIO for me PRESARIO 3402TX from E Zone bill no # T12/235 dated 21/10/2007 at Esteem Mall, Hebbal, Bangalore. My friend has bought a similar computer from DElhi and she got a bag pack for computer free. I have a normal laptop bag which i dont want and told the E Zone Mangaer which i will return. I am in publishing industry and travel a lot and hence requested for the bag pack bag.The manager of the store said he couldn't help and asked me get in touch with Trinesh mobile no he gave well he was of no help. Then i tried contacting HP office at the no 25633555 and spoke Ms Jayashree, who said will check and get back to me. Well she has never got back to me nor when i call i am able to reach her.
Today finally when i called up 25633555 they said they do not know if Ms Jayashree was in office or travelling. I asked how can i get in touch , well they dont know? If i have service related problem i get in touch with service team and otherwise they cant help was the answer. Well i dont think a comapny like HP should do thdi.
Could you suggest what should i do? I am cerrtain that i need the bag pack and now i will not also pay for it? Yes i am writing in anger and would request you to senda bag pack and i will return the normal laptop bag which is still sealed.
