Early this summer I bought a pressure washer at Canadian tire, I washed my motor home and part of the house, it stopped working, I then put it in my garage and later returned it to the store around 30 days after purchase. I was told by a Manager that the product was no good due to the pump and a lot of them were returned for repair . They did not want to replace and I had to call Brigs and Stratton to get it fixed . After about 30 minutes they decided to send it to Bathurst NB. to repair it . picked it up a few weeks later and put it in my garage. A few weeks ago I mowed my lawn and went to clean off the mower and found that the washer did not work. Tonight I received a call telling me it was a washer broken and a burnt hose that they would replace with a better one ( after Market ) at my cost. I told the person calling about the manager or clerk in charge of the return desk and he ( Kevin ) said no employee would say such thing, and denied it ever happened even when my wife told him she was present.I buy a lot of goods at Canadain tire, I will replace the hose but After that I will not enter your store again . We too run a buisness and would never show a custumer this behavior. I never showed no anger towards the staff at any time and I sure hope this Kevin would do the same and keep his compliments and snide remarks to himself and if not he shoud seek employment that does not have the public envolved . I am a very unhappy custumer at this moment. Who do I have to call ? I gave close to $400.00 away
