Acai Berry free trial
Acai Berry Scam! I cancelled before the 14 day trial and was charged for 2 months from Price Limbo $8.51 each charge. I asked them why and they said because the free trial also signs you up with 2 other companies, so then I had to cancel both of them. What a hassle! Plus I am only getting refunded for one of those charges. I guess better than nothing, but I will surely advise everyone I know "NOT TO TRY THE FREE TRIAL OF ACAI BERRY".

Acacia Berry pills
As per all the other complainants - I ordered a 7 day trial bottle of Acacia pills and only got my supply 14 days after the date of order. In the box, there was a notice to say that if I don't cancel my order within the 14 days, then I will be charged US89.95 until I stop or cancel my order. I rang the company and cancelled my order and said I did not want any more charges debited to my account. They gave me the cancellation transaction number, however, in the last two days, there was another charge of US8.97, after I had already cancelled on 26/11/08!!! I am going to take this matter up with the Federal Police of Australia, if they do not stop charging the credit card.
I have rung them continuously many, many times, but they keep changing their customer service times - and no one picks up!! I need this matter sorted urgently, as it seems I am not the only one in the same position! What can be done for the company to stop charging the credit card, apart me cancelling my card and reapllying...which will take a few weeks to process - esp. at this time of year (Dec 08)!!!

Unauthorized charges
Ordered trial, then cancelled the very next day, and they still continue to charge my card for their monthly charges. I even called them when the first round of charges appeared and got a cancellation number after holding for someone for such a long time. Now I am trying to call them again and noone answers, only the music comes on while on hold. BEWARE!!!

not authorized should not show up on my credit card. i cancelled way before this trail date. do not charge my account for something i did not order or
authorized to be placed on my account.

WAS CHARGED TWICE UNCER A DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME, TRIED TO CONTACT COMPANY WITH PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED HOWEVER LINE IS CONSTANTLY BUSY NO MATTER WNAT TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT, wORST IS THAT I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY SINCE OPRAH SEEMS TO ENDORSE IT.
