We are an assisted living facility that sponsored an annual Chanukah luncheon for the Jewish Federation. We purchased at "Prime 18 Restaurant" a a dinner gift certificate of $200.00 and gave it away to an elderly couple. Please note it was paid with our company credit card and has already been debited.

When the couple went to the restaurant and gave them the gift certificate, they DID NOT HONORED IT. This is an embarrassment to the elderly couple and also to the reputation of our corporation. I went back to the restaurant trying to find out why this happened and they would not want to talk about it, they avoided me completely and would not let me talk to anyone in administration. I felt totally humiliated and embarrassed. I am completely shocked since we chose this restaurant because is Khosher and it's very elegant located in the waterway in Aventura, Florida.
