overcharging
This company has horrible customer service. Just filed a complaint with the BBB saying that they over charged me for a month of service, which I don't have. I have called in to cancel out of auto-pay and cancel the service entirely, but they say I never called in I.E. thier phone system says that I never called in to cancel, which is a lie. They say that to dodge the bbb complaints already filed against them. I have letters saying where they came in to put new services on in our community, how they cut Time Warner cable lines and took over, and tried to run out time Warner. They also brag to BBB about owing bad debts to their company, but have no proof to back it up. Their products are crappy and when they go down, you have to wait two weeks for a tech to come out. Do NOT go to this company, and do NOT let them think they are the ONLY service in your area that you HAVE to use them. They are also charging customers $500 deposit, if your service is suspended for whatever reason.
