I wish I had read this before I made the mistake of placing an order with this company.
I had placed an order from Australia for a Gift Basket to be sent to my mother-in-law in Canada and paid extra postage costs that was supposed to assure me that the gift would be delivered in 3 days. The delivery never happend. I had set my alarm to get up in the wee hours of the morning to allow for the time zone difference to call them to ask where the delivery was and what had happend. My credit card was debited within 2 days of placing the order yet nothing was received. I called on more than 3 occassions and left messages for someone to call me back. I left 4 email messages. Almost a month later i received an email from Jeff, apologsing and claiming not to know what went awry, but admitting that it was their fault.
The gift basket was eventually delivered to my mother-in-law a month after her birthday. However, it became apparent that what was delivered did not contain all the goods that should have been included in the gift basket I order. It was missing things. I've replied to the email Jeff has sent requesting that they refund the extra money that I paid for it to be delivered in 3 days. I doubt i will have much luck. I've learned a valuable lesson. I will from now on check google to see what feedback people have posted before I choose to buy or order products online again.
