Refund never issued - customer never contacted
Paid for the goods on the 19th of January - a week later I had a online chat with the website since we had not received a proof which the lady online claimed should have been sent out 5 business days after we placed the order. 5 days after we had the online chat with the site they sent us a poor quality black and white proof that you could barely read. It looked as if it was run through a fax machine - with lines running down the image. We rejected the proof before it went to print and asked for a refund due to the serious delay and quality projected from the proof - we never received one... nor did we receive a acknowledgment that they would cancel the order. We finally decided it would be best to speak to their complaint department - which the online lady pointed out does not exist. In fact there is no phone number available to discuss the issue with. Her answer was to just reply to the proof that you wanted to cancel and that is all you need to do. We did so - and as stated earlier we never received a reply or the funds. After over a month of no refund - we tried to contact them again but they are refusing to reply to our emails. I am at a loss and have no recourse but to issue a complaint. In our experience dealing with this vendor we would not recommend them as a safe and honest company. We expected much more and would appreciate our money back! (After all it is stated that our funds would be refunded if we decided to cancel.)
