Never shipped Order
I had ordered a print from Sears, I got an email a week and a half later telling me that the order had been shipped, yet there was not a tracking number. Two weeks later I contacted Sears to see what had happened since I have still not recieved the order and they informed me that I had to contact Prints & Stuff since they had used them to make the order. I called multiple times and left multiple messages for Prints & Stuff and never heard back from them. I am also incredible angry with Sears since they had handled the order so poorly. Horrible customer service. Also, when i called to cancel the order that I had made with Sears, they informed me that I need to cancel it with Prints & Stuff. I will never use either companies again.

Charged 10 times the amount and never delivered
I placed an order on Sept. 7, 2010 to this company for one poster costing $16.45. I received an email stating that the post office received an e-notification of the package on Sept. 9, 2010; however, the package has not been received by the USPS. I received my credit card statement today and found that I was billed $164.50. I then attempted to contact the company and found one of the phone numbers to be a non-working number. I found a different number and called getting a weird generic recording which I left a message with. I also attempted to contact the company through their contact page. I have not heard anything from them as of yet. I'm hoping they aren't truly a fraudulent company. I will be contacting my credit card company to try and get it resolved if I don't hear anything.
