UnEthical & Unprofessional PPT
I have just completed the 3rd day with them yesterday & today I only worked couple of hours due to the family emergency my colleague had. I reported to the Project Manager (Desiree LaRussa) who then was nice & asked me give the paper work to the on-site manager for the other technicians who will come later today to finish the work. This job requires at least 2 people to physically move large IBM Infoprint printers to the dock & then palletize them with the shrink wrap. I left the site & was still waiting for Desiree's call to advise me for tomorrow so I make neccessary arrangements to complete the project that I committed to. Instead I call her & then she demands all paper work to be scanned & emailed to her (since I dont use Fax). Its not 1, 2, 3 or 4 pages, it is a stack of printouts approximately 30 pages that Desiree wants me to somehow ignore everything that matters to me & email her. I requested her that I will email you the docs till tomorrow since this requires a lot of time & I have other responsibilites to my family too. She got really ugly on the phone threatend me that if I dont get the docs today you will not get paid & then hanged-up on me. I got her email threats too saying the same thing & defending it by saying that I was supposed to do it. Which she has not demanded until today & I have been compiling all the docs for the last 3 days I've worked. I intended to email her all the docs after project completion which she agreed on verbally. She is very un-ethical & professional. Please save your time & energy for some other than Prism Pointe Technology. This company should be closed by consumer affairs authorities until the investigation is completed & proven wrong. IRS should audit them carefully & technicians like us should stay very far away from such scamming company. If anyone has any information to help getting my $1460.00 from them, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks
