On 10/13/2009 I mistakenly ordered a "free trial" of Dazzle White for $1.95. Three days later I received a phone call from a respresentative of the product asking if I would like to recive the "monthly" product (which I had NOT even received yet). I informed her that "NO, I was NOT interested and to cancel my 'membership' as I had no interest in using a product every month and would NOT use." NOW, I have TWO charges to my checking statement for $87.62 for a product that ONE, I didn't TRY and TWO, I cancelled and do NOT want! I tried to call the phone number my checking statement to find out WHO "Pristine Health" is and the number is disconnected.
I want my "membership" cancelled and I want my funds back.
