2 Charges of 87.62 11/5 and 11/12/09
Sent for a sample to be charged for shipping & handling only.
Received products sent to 40 Turnberry Terrace addressed to
Ru. Returned products via the post office and innstructed them
not to accept any other products made out in that same way.
Now I am trying to get the charge off my credit card with no
success. Last told that it was outside the 30 day return policy and
could not reverse the charges.
Thank you for any help you can give me to have the charges
removed from my credit card = $175.24

sample sent supposed to be for postage only
Sent for a sample of Dazzlesmile at what was supposed to be postage only and have been charged twice by the aforementioned 'companies' £54.60 on 5 November (US$87.62) and £54.26 on 12 November (US$87.62). I am a widow aged 70 and certainly cannot afford to be ripped off like this. PLEASE HELP

charges
have charges on my current account of
£80.83 on october 28th, £54.50 on 4th november,
and £54.49 on 14th november
all i did was to respond to advert for dazzle smile and other for a free sample of tooth whitening paste based on their claims of effectiveness i tried sample couple of times but it made my teeth seem more sensitive and could not use again.
After paying small charge for postage am shocking that this company are stealing large sums from my account in this manner.

Have been trying to call but phone number not in service. Called my bank and they had no other information on them.

dazzle white
i obtained a sample of dazzle white and then two weeks later they sent me 4 more without asking my permission. i was charged $95.08 cents for something i didn't want and wasn't happy with. i want my money back as i am a disabled pensioner struggling . they had no right to do this to me without emailing me first. there was no contract agreed to. mrs. kaye humphrey.

Money withdrawn from bank account for something I did not order or received.
This company must be working with Ultrifreshwell and Wellbhealth because it too took money from my bank account and I have no idea what for.
I want my money back.
I do intend to contact the Attorney General about this.
