State Farm issued a check to Pritchett's Flooring America/Cenlar for a claim of damages on 6/04/10. Check was mailed to Cenlar on June 6, 2010 (overnight with an overnight return for Cenlar at our expense ) to have Cenlar endorse check and return. We have gotten nothing but the usual "run-around" from this company trying to get this check returned to us. Numerous forms to have the homeowner fill out, notarized, and forms for the contractor to verify the work was done. Even though we endorced the check as "DEPOSIT ONLY" to Pritchett's Flooring America - Cenlar has deposited the check into their bank (drawing interest) since June 30th. Finally on 6/19/10 they have issued a check for $3, 000 to the homeowner not to the company that is out money for the installation and repairs and will not release the remainder until and "inspection" has been done by Cenlar verifying that the work is satifactory. Dont they realize that the homeowner would not sign off on the job for State Farm to pay for the work if it had not been done to satifaction. They are nothing but a scam, keeping checks for work done and drawing interest for 3 months while the company caught in the middle is out money. The homeowner has gotten to damages repaired and are not out any money and is in no hurry to satisfy Cenlar because of their demands
